How To Love Yourself Inside And Out

by Avery Rouda, Collective Evolution

WARNING: Loving yourself may awaken great confidence and cause apprehension toward authority.

Love Your Body

Your Body is this complex thing that houses your brain, occasionally falls ill, and tells you yes when the mind tells you no. The body is an ocean of consciousness, in sync with infinite time. Just like the oceans on Earth, your body is full of life, beauty, and wonder. The first step in loving yourself is to practice loving your body.

1. Be beautiful, confident, and grounded everywhere you go. Embrace your genes. Straighten your spine, open your chest, and stand tall in your skin. Focus on the core of your being. Eat whole foods and eat them slow. Drink plenty of water.

2. Do it for yourself. Move in the direction that feels right to you. Pursue a career that interests, inspires, and fulfills YOU. Fall in love with a person, a place, a thing, or all the above on your own terms, at your own will, and at your own pace. Take care of yourself first, then open your heart to the world.

A “Mini Ice Age” Is Coming Soon Says Math Professor’s Solar Cycle Model That’s 97% Accurate

by Arjun Walia, Collective Evolution

This has nothing to do with human impact on climate change, but instead the activity of the sun and how solar cycles impact our climate as well. It’s based on a mathematical model that shows the sun might “quiet” down in the coming years thus impacting our climate as well. This is not a climate change denial article, please read it before commenting.

A few months ago, NASA published a study showing that Antarctica is actually gaining more ice than it is losing. They made the announcement after using satellites to examine the heights of the region’s ice sheet. The findings contradict the prevailing theory that Antarctica has actually been shrinking, however. The paper is titled “Mass gains of the Antarctic ice sheet exceed losses” and was published in the Journal of Glaciology.

How Qi (Chi) Energy Flows Through The 12 Meridians Points That Exist Within Your Body

by Arjun Walia, Collective Evolution

It may seem counterintuitive, but there are many instances where science can actually hold us back from new discoveries and knowledge. Unfortunately, mainstream science is quick to discount anything which cannot be physically seen or felt, making notions like ‘energy points’ within the body seem like pure science fiction. But just because we can’t physically see something, does not mean it doesn’t exist. Nikola Tesla told us that “the day science begins to study non-physical phenomena,  it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence,” and hundreds of scientists around the world have been taking on this task for several years. Within the next few decades, the examination of non-material science is going to skyrocket, and we all stand to benefit. What we know as science is definitely changing.

How Sony & The Movie Industry Are Tied To The U.S. Government & Military-Industrial Complex

by Kalee Brown, Collective Evolution

It’s no secret that the CIA, the U.S. government, and the cabal have some serious ties in Hollywood. Much of what we watch for ‘fun’ is actually propaganda that’s fed to us in order to shape our thoughts and values. We’re told what to wear, how to act, what our goals should be, and who we should love and hate, all through the media.

11 Good News Stories You Probably Didn’t Hear About

by Alexa Erickson, Collective Evolution

People tend to get wrapped up in the negatives of life. We find reasons to complain, we find reasons to be sad, we relish in the fact that misery loves company. It can be hard, as a journalist, to get stuck reporting on just the bad stuff, because there is a lot of work that must be done to improve the world we live in, and the bad news is valuable in prompting people to wake up and make a change for the better.

But to be collectively evolved for the better, we have to pave a path of light, and journalists have the wonderful opportunity to help create that journey.

Just like one story can disturb you, others can lift you up. Scrolling through social media you might suddenly be warmed by the simple sight of a puppy, and it reminds you how important it is to surround yourself with things that warm your soul, while also learning how the bad news has prompted good news to happen.

Leading Neuroscientists & Buddhists Agree: “Consciousness is Everywhere”

by Arjun Walia, Collective Evolution

“Broadly speaking, although there are some differences, I think Buddhist philosophy and Quantum Mechanics can shake hands on their view of the world. We can see in these great examples the fruits of human thinking. Regardless of the admiration we feel for these great thinkers, we should not lose sight of the fact that they were human beings just as we are.” – the Dalai Lama

Scientists and Buddhists from all over the world are starting to see the similarities between their disciplines, and the research which is emerging as a result is truly exciting. A classic example of a scientist diving into ancient wisdom is Nikola Tesla, whose work was heavily influenced by Vedic philosophy. You can read more about that here.

The Legend of Shambhala: A Hidden Land That Exists Within Our Own

by Arjun Walia, Collective Evolution

Shambhala is round but depicted as an eight-petalled lotus blossom, which is a symbol of the heart Chakra (represented in the picture below).

Many ancient texts refer to ‘magical’ and ‘mythical’ lands, which is fascinating, particularly when you consider how much of the writings in ancient Buddhism, Vedic philosophy, or other Eastern traditions is being confirmed by modern day science. Quantum physics in particular has gained a lot of momentum recently. One great example is the conundrum of consciousness, which is directly correlated with quantum physics and goes hand in hand with other realms of existence. Perhaps this is why some of Nikola Tesla’s ideas were influenced by ancient Eastern philosophy. Not many people know this, but most of our pioneering scientists were also mystics, including Issac Newton, who studied alchemy, among other subjects.

“The World Is Run By Insane People.” A Powerful Video of John Lennon That Still Applies To Today

by Joe Martino, Collective Evolution

The war on terror, economic disasters, racial wars, big pharma and food quality/modification. When you look at our world today you have to wonder how we got here.

It was in my later years of high school that I began to feel relief about something that bothered me for a long time: I started to realize how the world really works. Now at 29 years old, I’ve interviewed, met with and worked with many of the top researchers in the field of truth seeking and several conclusions are clear, but one more than others: our world is run by psychopaths.

I want to be very clear here, this is not meant to be a judgment, to rile up our emotions and call these people evil, no. This is about coming to a stark realization about what’s really going on in our world so that we can actually change it.

What Trump’s ‘Muslim Travel Ban’ Truly Means For The Collective Consciousness

by Joe Martino, Collective Evolution

Trump’s recent decision to ban people for 90 days from travelling to the U.S. from seven countries — Iraq, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, Libya, and Somalia — has caused an absolute uproar, with people protesting at airports and out on the streets.  The decision has divided people within and among all groups, factions, and walks of life.

We could speculate all day about why Trump chose this path; perhaps he feels it’s part of a deeper plan to better the United States that we simply can’t see yet, for example, but it certainly all seems part and parcel of a world many of us do not wish to see become reality — a world where we don’t see each other as one people sharing a planet, but rather as citizens of individual countries all competing with one another and all different from one another. This viewpoint causes us to lose sight of the humanity we all share.

But in the same token let’s remember a couple facts everyone seems to be overlooking due to the media’s manipulative approach.

What It Actually Means To Be A Shaman & How The Term Has Lost Its Way Culturally

by Alexa Erickson, Collective Evolution

Shaman: It’s a term steeped in the ancient history of indigenous cultures around the world, but which has gained so much popularity today that it’s become somewhat of a trending term.

It was once one of those terms residing on the outskirts of society, but thanks to the modern day conscious shift, steeped in New Age ideas, it’s becoming as common as words like chakras, mantras, and meditation.

That’s not a bad thing. People are looking to wake up, to reconnect in a world where disconnection is the norm, and constant turmoil — mental, emotional, and physical — the result. This reality has provoked the innate human ability to heal ourselves; it’s an inward shift during a time where materialism has, in many ways, ruled our livelihood.

Shamanism is thought to be the oldest form of humanity seeking connection with creation; the oldest form of healing an individual. The practice dates back as far as the Stone Age, and the word shaman itself has been traced to the word “saman” in the language of the Tungus people in Siberia.
