Dratzo! We return! Your world is being held in a sacred limbo, awaiting the magic touch that only Heaven can provide. Heaven decreed a short delay in order to afford humanity an integration period into these very new energies. Long ago, when the Anunnaki wished to rule over you, a special agreement was put forth which stipulated that the period of dark rule would only be allowed for around 13 millennia. This time has come and is well and truly gone. The collapse of the many timelines into one was the final verification for the dark's earthly minions that the moment for transformation has arrived. Now there is a brief transition during which the dark's soldiers are to surrender and let the new epoch commence. The dark, as ever, has arrogantly refused this offer and so, under Heaven's strict command, we have removed a number of these recalcitrants and placed them under the supervision of a group of Agarthan and Federation personnel. This group now has a considerable number of these individuals in safekeeping, and these numbers will no doubt continue to grow until this issue is fully resolved.

Dratzo! We return! Your world is still caught in an in-between reality-state as Heaven prepares to signal the much-awaited green light. We are setting up special liaison teams to monitor what is shortly to happen. The coming announcements by your new governance will mark the end of a long era of dark control, during which wars, economic upheavals, and other widespread forms of discord characterized the ups and downs of numerous regimes over the course of this old form of governance. It is to be replaced by an interim administration which will prepare the way for a duly elected one and set up new rules and by-laws regarding the general operating standards of the first of your new de jure governments. Contained within the new rules are the new financial and monetary systems based on hard currency, open rules of banking, and an end to large multiservice banking conglomerates. Furthermore, the way will be opened up to get a formal disclosure announced, and the many provisions of NESARA introduced and applied. This will establish a new relationship between individuals and their national governance.

Selamat Balik! We return! Many events on your world are waiting for the right divine time for Heaven to give the formal go-ahead. We, too, are subject to this constraint. The Divine has reached a point where the decrees of the Creator require that a series of new change points be met. Until then, the dark is being held in check by special Seraphim assigned to this sacred task. As a result we are now busy conferring with our sacred associates on Earth and in Heaven to coordinate what comes next. We have been instructed to carry things out in a certain sequence to assure everyone that the next steps happen without delay. Our liaison personnel have contact all those involved on your world and ensured that a solid communications network exists between all parties. The dark is most frustrated with how little it is able to do and we intend to put them completely out of business at the moment of the selected launch point. The numerous arrests and procedures to hasten and smooth out the affects of the actual launch date are in place. The projected moment is very close. We are ready to act when this moment occurs, so be patient and know that all is ready!

Your present economic and societal predicaments need to be looked after properly by those who are about to take the helms of your new governments and new financial institutions. The dark cabalists are also preparing in their own way for the inevitable; they know full well that their vast tapestry of deception is shortly to be unveiled. One aspect is the fiction being spread around the world that some form of economic 'recovery' is underway. To the contrary, what is being kept closely under wraps is the truth of the monumental extent of the hidden debt that really exists and which ensures the demise of the present system. This massive liability cannot be ignored for much longer. We have therefore asked that the new financial system be in place and able to take over at a moment's notice, and this has been done. The fiat financial systems still holding sway around your world are getting closer to collapse. The overwhelming debt accrued by your dark cabal is impinging more and more on the system's day-to-day operations. An enormous charade is being perpetrated for public consumption, by referencing only the amount of debt legally allowed to be carried on the books; in fact, this stated amount is about one quarter of the actual total debt. Your global economy is sliding quickly into the next series of crises that are to unravel it forever. Our earthly allies have wisely slid the new system into a position where it can take over when the 'death fall' happens. This death fall of your financial system will propel the cabal-controlled governments out of power.

As part of our more direct involvement in Earth affairs, we are asking our allies to begin a blackout period to prevent dissemination of information about the completion of the various projects that we are monitoring, and this blackout's duration cannot be discussed. What we wish to ascertain is why these leaks are occurring. The various cabal-controlled governments use their communication technologies to spy on these projects and we have been forced from time to time to give their satellites and other exotic listening-devices key misinformation. This erroneous data is supported by information from operatives within our allies' organizations and serves to divert the dark's attention. Our primary purpose here is to confuse and render useless many of the checks and balances used by the dark governments to validate this data. This operation is now being stepped up and will operate at a much higher level for the foreseeable future. We are going to protect our allies from further sabotage by the various dark governments.

Recently, a flurry of legal activity and agreements concerning the new governance has set the stage for asking our heavenly advisers for a final go-ahead to start manifesting your new reality. Those who have run your world for so long continue to lead your realm toward a series of massive economic and diplomatic disasters. To us, this inevitability is a sure sign that the moment has come for more significant intercession on our part. To this end we have instructed our liaison teams to inform their earthly counterparts about the amount of time remaining before we are compelled to engage extensively with your global situation to prevent a meltdown. Your forms of government and the characteristics of your economic and financial systems lie at the heart of your overwhelming difficulties, and it is clear that these spheres of activity need to be upgraded in a hurry. Europe is near the point of a collapse that is to take down most of the First and Second World's economies. There is no answer to this prospect, as things now stand, except an unspeakable worldwide economic disaster. This alone validates our direct intervention.

Since the end of World War I in 1918, the switch to a fiat currency was introduced surreptitiously at first and then gathered increasing momentum with the huge panic of 1929. This led quickly to a massive depression that was used by those in charge around your world to foment World War II. This great conflagration was created to bring America globally to the forefront and to be the reason behind the decades-long Cold War that followed. In this way, the illuminoids and their Anunnaki masters laid the fertile groundwork that was intended to be the means to overthrow the various edicts set up by Heaven when Atlantis fell. As you now know, these dark momentums are failing fast, and Heaven is bringing in her new reality for your world.
