As Gaia moves ever closer to altering your surface reality, the Agarthans are using their abilities to prevent the dark from having any hope of mounting a comeback. Right now the Agarthans have teamed up with our Earth allies and a general plan has been put into effect, the first part of which was the dismantling of the vast network of underground and deep underwater bases maintained for decades by various secret governments. This major military action has now been achieved. The dark has lost tens of thousands of vital personnel and is denied the services of most of its exotic research scientists and technicians. Despite this, it was not until the recent arrests of mid-level personnel that the illuminoids became really panicked; they now know that their own arrest is near. Those who have for so long 'managed' your world see the time is rapidly approaching when each of them must face the large crowds of angry citizens they once so arrogantly manipulated. And the roundup strategy does indeed include these 'kings of darkness.'

Ever-increasing new energies are flowing into these grids and shaking the very foundations of the dark's long hold on you. The time has come to counter their delusional activities and free your world from their ever-weakening grip. Dratzo! We return! The moratorium imposed by the Earth allies on their various objectives is ready to be lifted. It has been a difficult task to locate and take into custody all those individuals involved in the dark's last delaying actions. In the same vein, those who had been entrusted with numerous important posts turned out to be moles inserted long ago by the dark elites for just such an eventuality as this. Several recent raids on some of our Earth allies' lesser facilities uncovered a huge number of people who needed to be added to our ever-lengthening list of arrestees. The location where these individuals are being held is rapidly turning into a small city! Our intention is to move these people to special aboveground facilities once the dark cabal's governments have resigned and the new governance is in place. At that time, we will add those persons in government who were part of the dark's illegal shenanigans, and then announce dates for the special trials. These trials will be held in civilian common-law courts, and will address the severe violations of constitutional and common-law principles.

At present, the Agarthans are assisting a number of your nations' military divisions to dismantle the vast global network of underground tunnels and bases occupied by the dark cabal since the early 1950s. It is from these bases that the dark had intended to launch the final assaults that were to turn your precious home into a horrendous prison planet presided over by the upper echelons of this cabal. We are pleased to report that this heinous goal has been torpedoed by these joint operations. What remains is to complete a few more sorties and a great many more arrests, leaving only the final acts of this triumphant enterprise to the secret, sacred societies that operate under the supervision of your Ascended Masters, and those nations and other groups that have joined in formal agreements with our Earth allies. These final acts are the legal investitures of many new caretaker governments as well as the disbursement of the prosperity programs.

Dratzo! Much has been happening on your world. Many minor issues are delaying temporarily the distribution of your prosperity funds and the much-awaited broadcasts. These delays are the last in a long line of impediments that have dictated the pace of change for your world. They determined that what could have been easy and rapid finally ran up against the time limit set by Heaven. What is important to remember is that the coming events are inevitable. The precious-metal depositories are set up across the globe and the primary components of the new financial system are in place. The final push we mentioned recently has turned into a major secret conflict between the dark cabal and its staunchest adherents, and a determined group of armed forces that is removing these obstructive beings so that the changes can happen smoothly. This struggle has reached a point where we are now ready to intervene and end the cabal's last-ditch stand. Our Agarthan cousins have begun to assist the pro-reformation forces to ensure absolutely that there will be no sudden turn of events in the dark's favor. We say to them, On to victory!
