Real maturity is to attain an egolessness - a balloon with the skin off - then you are fully mature, a Buddha, one who is now awakened. Western psychology teaches that you should become a mature ego - it is good. If you are attaining it just to throw it, then it is good, because you can throw a thing only when you have it.

Attain an ego, it is good, but don't get caught in it. It is something to be attained and thrown. It is something you have to get, because if you don't have an ego, how will you achieve surrender? This has been a constant problem for me.

Eastern people come to me: Indians, Japanese, they can surrender very easily. They are almost ready to surrender, but they have nothing to surrender. Western people come to me; they are very, very antagonistic to surrender, and they have something to surrender. If they surrender, they will grow. And Eastern people, before they surrender something they have to attain a mature ego.

Remember only that which you have can be surrender. If you don't have an ego, what are you going to surrender? The Western psychology takes the first step and the Eastern religion takes the last.

For lawn, garden and agrochemical companies to want in on the growing cannabis market is no surprise, for it’s the fastest growing trend this industry has ever seen, as even noted by the CEO of Scotts.

“Jim Hagedorn, CEO of Scotts Miracle-Gro, has even said that he plans to “invest, like, half a billion in [taking over] the pot business… It is the biggest thing I’ve ever seen in lawn and garden.”

Not for Your Own Glory

Sometimes, be like the gloaming, a quiet time of day between sunset and dusk. It is the hush of a moment. You don’t have to be the amazing bright orange or purple or rose of the setting sun. You can be a quiet pause, not here to awaken the world to your brilliance. This isn’t to be a wild cheering scene. It is a moment when twilight becomes dusk.

Or, it is the moment when night recedes and ushers in the dawn. It isn’t High Noon.

You don’t have to go a hundred miles per hour.

There is no race you have to win.

Dear Ones, as the energies continue to expose what has been hidden and what needs to be addressed, many of you will be guided to take action to facilitate change. In the new energies even how you approach positive change is evolving.

Creating change in the new energies is shifting into what we call mindful activism. There is far less pushing against what is unwanted with mindful activism, and no shaming of others if they don't take up the cause. There is an understanding that, just like everyone will find their own personal journey to enlightenment, so will they find their own perfect way to contribute and make a difference.

Mindful activism also opens the door for you to facilitate change by flowing with whatever your soul feels guided to. While some will be content to take up one cause, others may lend their love and support in many different ways, entering into surrendered service in motion, being led to however they can most be of help on any given day. Human beings who have surrendered into being of their highest service for the day are incredibly easy to place on the path of those who require their assistance. Sometimes their highest service that day is simply anchoring the energy of love and peace, lending support to the planet energetically.

Ego is a juvenile phenomenon. It is childish, it is foolish, it is idiotic, because through ego you simply cut yourself off from the universal flow; then you are no longer a part of it. It is as if a wave in the ocean says: I am total, I do not belong to the ocean - I have nothing to do with the ocean, I am separate. Ego is separation, and whenever a wave says: I am separated, the wave is foolish. The wave is one with the ocean.

Dear Ones, acceptance is a necessary precursor to experiencing peace. You cannot be resistant and peaceful at the same time.

If you are feeling discomfort, stop and ask what you are not in acceptance of. It may be that you are resistant to something simply by habit, in which case you can simply intend to release or surrender it. If it is something you cannot understand, or do anything about, you may wish to give it to God to be resolved for the highest good of all. Handing it over is a wonderful way to allow your faith and trust to move you into acceptance of the situation.

Finding your way back to acceptance, over and again, is how you become a powerful anchor of peace. From there you will find so much more comfort, presence, alignment, and ease. You will experience far less stress, and you will be able to shift your focus onto what you know and what it is you want more of, and embrace your role of powerful co-creator.  ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young

New Device Turns Cells Into Other Types Of Cells Required To Heal Disease

Researchers have developed a device that can switch cell function to rescue failing body functions with a single touch. The technology, known as Tissue Nanotransfection (TNT), injects genetic code into skin cells, turning those skin cells into other types of cells required for treating diseased conditions.

Although cellular therapies represent a promising strategy for a number of conditions, current approaches have faced major translational hurdles, including limited cell sources and the need for cumbersome pre-processing steps.

A new device developed at The Ohio State University can start healing organs in a "fraction of a second," researchers say.

The technology has the potential to save the lives of car crash victims and even deployed soldiers injured on site. It's a dime-sized silicone chip that "injects genetic code into skin cells, turning those skin cells into other types of cells required for treating diseased conditions," according to a release.

In the study published in Nature Nanotechnology, first author Daniel Gallego-Perez of Ohio State demonstrated that the technique worked with up to 98 percent efficiently.

If you can flow, if your energy can flow without any blocks you will achieve. But the moment you become self-conscious, block enters, immediately.

It is just like falling into sleep - if you become self-conscious you cannot fall into sleep. Now the West is suffering from insomnia, and sooner or later the whole world will suffer, because sleep needs self-unconsciousness.

And yet the whole civilization teaches you how to be more self-conscious - walk, do, move in life, the whole training is how to be a subtle egoist. The Western psychology says that a mature ego is needed; the whole Eastern effort is that a mature egolessness is needed.

In fact, when you become egoless, only then you are mature, never before.

Be a Shining Sun

You have not always been a hero in your own Life. On occasion, in your small way, you may have been an anti-hero. The mistake is that you looked down on a Field of Flowers of Human Beings and, instead of seeing the Flowers in the Sunlight, you saw offense, and you set out to set the record straight according to how you saw it. In defense of yourself, you retaliated. You didn’t know how to stop. You had your dukes up. Beloveds, you were short-sighted, and you had a short fuse.

You knew outrage. You protested the haphazardness with which Life approached you. Life did not always behave as it most certainly ought to have, you think. You would teach Life and those who had participated a lesson. You who felt badgered badgered back.

You thought you were standing up for yourself. You thought Life had let you down. Others had sold you short, yet it is you who sold yourself short. You felt sure that Life had strewn villains around. In your eyes, this person and that person were not who they were supposed to be. They did not have the right to be as they appeared.

You hit back. You had to do something. Hitting back seemed to be the only defense you had. You wanted to set the record straight, and so you stuck your chin out.

Instead of holding your palms upward as do the Peacemakers, you let Peace fall by the wayside.
