BREAKING: Lawyers Sue Morton County, Sheriff Kyle Kirchmeier For Excessive Force In Protests

The group seeks an immediate injunction to prevent the Morton County Sheriff's Department and other agencies from using impact munitions against the protestors.

Since April, “water protectors” and supporters of the Standing Rock Sioux tribe have been camped out near Cannon Ball, ND, in protest of the four-state Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL) which is near completion. Because the activists have cost the oil company hundreds of thousands of dollars, tension between opposers of the DAPL and law enforcement workers has only escalated in recent months.

Dear Ones, many of you are in what we call the pregnant pause. It is the space between leaving where you were and not yet knowing where you are going. It can feel disconcerting to say the least.

But your discomfort is a good sign! It is the building up of energy that will catapult you into your new vistas. Think of a baby bird growing in an egg. At some point the build up of energy and discomfort allows the bird to break through into its new reality. The fact that you are uncomfortable is a sure sign that change is coming.

During the pregnant pause it is good to practice self care. Do what brings you joy. Be introspective. Review. What have you learned? What do you wish to create and experience moving forward? Rest. Prepare. Be positive. Remember what you know. Honour the unfoldment. Practice gratitude. By staying surrendered and present you will be poised and ready to move as soon as the energies are supporting action, and you will flow with the greatest amount of ease possible, into your next grand adventure. ~Archangel Gabriel

Initial reports, echoed across the corporate media landscape, described the attack as a shooting — when in reality law enforcement sources later confirmed it was a knife attack.

My own feeling is, if you dissolve all your courts, all your advocates, even if a few thefts happen, a few murders happen, it will be less costly than this whole business of courts, advocates, juries. It will be less costly just in terms of pure economics.

And I don't see that if people have a little understanding there will be stealing. Stealing is there because people are not helping each other, people are not sharing with each other. People go on living as if the whole world is against them and they are against the whole world. Once this attitude is dissolved and you start feeling more in tune with people around you, crime will disappear. And the greatest crime, war, will disappear. All other crimes are so tiny, not worth mentioning. If wars disappear, we will have arrived at a certain stage of maturity, responsibility.

New Moon In Sagittarius: A Turning Point

We are starting a new lunar cycle in Sagittarius on November 29th at 12:18pm Universal Time. Each New Moon brings in a new wave of energy which plays out over the following 29 days. This one is an opportunity for us to work with the Sagittarian energy in new ways through conscious intention and action.

Mercury will appear as if it is slowing down over the following weeks before going retrograde on the 19th, which will last until January 8th. Many of the things that we put in place during the first 3 weeks of December will go through a ‘testing’ phase during the retrograde. Alternatively, this can also be a time where we will be revisiting and adjusting previously conceived structures, goals, and visions.

In a way, We can say that you as an individual seem to exist, yet that is a fraction of Who You Are. Oneness Alone exists. You and I are One, and that covers it. As We are One, there is Oneness Alone. You and everyone are One and the Same. Oneness takes care of the Whole Universe.

Oneness is definitely not aloneness. Aloneness is a figment of your imagination. Yet how strong is imagination.

Seeing may be believing, yet what you see does not mean that what you see exists as you see it. Singularity gives an impression, yet We are talking about Infinity.

In Infinity, there is Oneness and nothing but Oneness. Oneness is bigger than you can conceive. It's safe to say that Oneness and Infinity are One and the Same, so vast are We in Our Oneness.

You and your brothers and sisters are Oneness. A beggar or a rich man are annotations. In Truth, you are One with All. There is One Soul, and it is Mine. I am within you and everyone. One is One is One. There is no adding up. One exists, One Wonderful Oneness exists. God alone exists. This is the Vastness of Oneness.

How Slavery Was Never Abolished & Simply Evolved Into The Prison System (Documentary)

To many, the end of the Civil War in 1865 represented the end of slavery; at least, that’s what the history books tell us. In January of 1865, the Thirteenth Amendment was passed, freeing millions of black citizens as they finally received emancipation. The Thirteenth Amendment reads: “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.”

It is clear that a loophole exists, which allows slavery to continue within the confines of prison walls. The documentary 13th explores how slavery was never abolished, but actually shifted into the modern prison system, ultimately fuelling mass incarceration of black citizens. In fact, 1 in 3 black males will serve jail time at some point in their lives, whereas only 1 in 17 white men will. Don’t let government propaganda fool you: The only reasons for mass incarceration in the U.S. are racism and profit.

Veterinarian Drove 900 Miles To Help Injured Horses At Standing Rock

The ongoing protests against the Dakota Access Pipeline have put water protectors in some gruelling and dangerous situations, causing people around the world to put together ways to help those fighting against the unjust construction as opposed to simply sit on the sidelines, like Charmian Wright.

Upon hearing reports of horses getting hurt during the protests, Wright, a veterinarian with 30 years of experience, immediately chose to take action.”I am passionate about the issues that are being addressed at Standing Rock,” she said. “But when I saw videos of horses being injured, I knew I had to go there.”

The Standing Rock Sioux and their allies have not stopped fighting to protect the construction of the pipeline from going forward, as they believe it would intrude on Native American land, and that a leak could damage the contamination of fresh water.

When the time comes, your individuality comes with you. Somehow you got into a palace, and somehow it is taken as an ordinary thing for you to be there. It could be you do belong. It could be there is a Star Code on your back, and you are already in the House of God, accepted here, at Home here, belonging here as if you had never been anywhere else, which is, in fact, so.

You have always been right with Me. You saw the playground and tumult and didn't see Me right before you. Now you see Me. Now you shake My Hand, as it were, when, of course, Our Engagement is much more subtle. There is a sense of nothing being different except you are surrounded in solid gold instead of gold-plate. There is a glow. Your eyes have to get used to it.

Because of these governments, people have not been intelligent; they have always looked up to the government, felt that the government is going to do everything for them. All responsibilities are thrown on the government.

When there is no government and you feel for the first time that you are responsible, whatever you do, there is nobody you can throw your responsibility upon - that triggers your intelligence. I know it is an impossible dream to have no government in the world, but if you know moments of silence, peace, intelligence, it does not seem so impossible. If you ask me, to me it seems to be very simple and very practical.
