If you are out of alignment, it is very difficult to make good decisions for yourself or to be there for others. It can also make it very hard to know how to proceed in your life in the best, most positive way.

Imagine that you are lost in the woods. It can be almost impossible to find your way out of the forest from your vantage point on the ground. You find yourself walking around in circles, exhausting yourself getting nowhere. But if you came across a tower you could climb so you could see well above the trees, it would be far easier to get your bearings and know how to proceed to find your way out, in the most direct and easy way possible.

Getting into an alignment with Source, with your highest self, whether through meditation, or any other form of connection that feels good to you, is like climbing that tower. If you can get yourselves into a higher, more expanded vantage point first, and then make choices, any decision you make from that space will only support your highest good and what you really wish to experience. ~Archangel Gabriel

Innocence is courage and clarity both.

There is no need to have courage if you are innocent. There is no need, either, for any clarity because nothing can be more clear, crystal clear, than innocence. So the whole question is how to protect one's own innocence.

Innocence is not something to be achieved.

It is not something to be learned.

It is not something like a talent: painting, music, poetry, sculpture. It is not like those things. It is more like breathing, something you are born with.

Innocence is everybody's nature.

Nobody is born other than innocent.

We understand that there is some confusion on the difference between service and co-dependency. We love that you are wishing to be mindful and appropriate with your actions.

When you are being of service, you are holding the space until someone is able to hold the space for themselves, for the highest good and empowerment of all. Co-dependency tries to take on the responsibility of healing for another, often as a means of avoiding doing your own healing, which is disempowering for all.

Think of someone who has taken a bad fall. You help them up and if they are dizzy and disoriented, you stay with them until they can hold their own balance again or get the additional assistance they need. You do not carry them around for the rest of their days!

Appropriate and mindful service uses your gifts in ways that are always focused on empowerment and self-responsibility. There may be times that you need to offer a little more support until someone is able to sustain themselves, but the goal is to help another find their way back to their balance, wellness, and divine capability, from your own space of balance, wellness, and divine capability. To do so will serve everyone in the most marvellous ways. ~Archangel Gabriel

In Infinity, There Is No Bias

God said:

There is no bottom to My heart, and there is no top. My heart is Infinite. Truth be known, your heart is Infinite as well. As it is, however, My Infinite Heart is calm and patient while your Infinite Heart tends to tap its foot in impatience.

It could be that all you need in order to recognize the Vastness of your heart is to calm down. Even as you know that time is not, let Me tell you that you have all the time in the world to wait for patience to arise. What is your hurry in life? Must you be in such a hurry? And for what? Do you enjoy being hasty and insisting on your opinions as if they were holy?

Let go of the idea that you have to settle everything or anything the way you like. When you visit in someone's home, and you don't like the way they arrange their furniture, I imagine that you do not get up and rearrange their furniture for them. You don't, do you? Even if you are a certified designer, you likely don't move one piece of furniture unless the homeowner invites you to do so.

In a way, in this issue at hand, We are speaking of a different kind of interior design – the interior design of how you look at the world, your perspective and your opinion and how others may see differently.

Who says you have to be pleased? Why would you be impatient unless you thought you had to be pleased? Why exactly do you think that all the world is to decorate the way you like and think the way you think? Who made others accountable to you? Even your grown children are not accountable to you.

Assange believes Clinton’s aides are swaying the public’s attention on the “Russian trail” as a means to avoid addressing the actual matter at hand: the DNC plotting against Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders.

“What we have right now is the Hillary Clinton campaign using a speculative allegation about hacks that have occurred in the past to try and divert attention from our emails, another separate issue that WikiLeaks has published,” Assange explained.

“I think this raises a very serious question, which is that the natural instincts of Hillary Clinton and the people around her, that when confronted with a serious domestic political scandal, that she tries to blame the Russians, blame the Chinese, etc.,” he continued.

“If she does that when she’s in government, that’s a political, managerial style that can lead to conflict.”

Beloveds, you existed before you were conceived on Earth. Have I said this before? There never was a time you did not exist. There is an old saying in English: "You were just a twinkle in your father's eye." In this case, We could say: "You were just a twinkle in your Father's eye."

Never were you not. I don't care if I have said it a hundred times. There never was a time you were not. We always existed in Infinity, for you are Infinite. We, you and I, exist in Infinity to this day. So, yes, your body is temporary, yet you are Eternal, and you are Infinite Eternity. It's fair to say that you are an Immortal. In terms of Consciousness, you are Immortal.

Do you have a sort of feeling that you would like to somehow have known yourself way back when? Of course, there was no when or then, yet you would love to know yourself in this way of Pure Consciousness.

There was no muddling through. There was only Being, and Being you were, and Being you ARE.

You have known everyone, not just some. Being knew Being. Being knows Being. There never was an absence. Of course not, for Oneness is always forever.

You Have The Right To Be Here

You have the right to breathe the same air as everyone else, share the same space as everyone else and as long as you are not harming anyone, live life the way you choose.

Our apologies for being here can manifest in many ways such as anxiety, not participating in things we are interested in and the fear of the unknown. But you, just the same as everyone else have the right to be here! So don’t forget to remind yourself.

You Are Important

We all have our gifts which we can give to the world. Some of us are caregivers, some of us creators and some entertainers. However it is that you contribute to this world, be sure that you do!

Take a note of where you thrive in the world and play to your strengths. There is no point in spending your life trying to be something you are not, so embrace your qualities and know that you are important.

This is How Facebook ‘Accidentally’ Blocked DNC Email Leak Scandal

(ANTIMEDIA) — Once again, the impartiality of Facebook’s news feature is being called into question. This time, the social network claims it“accidentally” obstructed all links to the leaked Democratic National Committee emails published by Wikileaks just ahead of the party’s convention.

This past Friday morning, the infamous publisher of anonymous leaks released nearly 20,000 internal emails between members of the formal governing body of the Democratic Party. The news, where it was seen, provoked outrage, especially among supporters of Bernie Sanders, who was shown to have received unfair treatment by officially impartial party operators.

While social media outlets have helped facilitate the spread of uncovered information in the past, Facebook is no trusted ally of Wikileaks.

“@Facebook is blocking #DNCLeak email links,” Wikileaks tweeted Saturday evening, following other individual reports of Facebook suppressing the documents hours earlier.“Monday is the Democratic National Convention.”

Making Any Kind of Art at Any Skill Level Reduces Stress Hormones

Whether you’re Van Gogh or a stick-figure sketcher, a new Drexel University study found that making art can significantly reduce stress-related hormones in your body.

Although the researchers from Drexel’s College of Nursing and Health Professions believed that past experience in creating art might amplify the activity’s stress-reducing effects, their study found that everyone seems to benefit equally.

“It was surprising and it also wasn’t,” said Girija Kaimal, EdD, assistant professor of creative arts therapies. “It wasn’t surprising because that’s the core idea in art therapy: Everyone is creative and can be expressive in the visual arts when working in a supportive setting. That said, I did expect that perhaps the effects would be stronger for those with prior experience.”

The results of the study were published in Art Therapy under the title “Reduction of Cortisol Levels and Participants’ Responses Following Art Making.” Kendra Ray, a doctoral student under Kaimal, and Juan Muniz, PhD, an assistant teaching professor in the Department of Nutrition Sciences, served as co-authors.

Credible Evidence Indicates Russia Really Is Behind Massive Breach of DNC

Washington, D.C. — On Monday, the FBI made official its investigation into the massive data breach of the Democratic National Committee, which resulted, among other things, in the resignation of DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz on the eve of the party’s convention.

“The FBI is investigating a cyber intrusion involving the DNC and are working to determine the nature and scope of the matter,” the agency said in a statement. “A compromise of this nature is something we take very seriously, and the FBI will continue to investigate and hold accountable those who pose a threat in cyberspace.”

The hack of nearly a year’s worth of DNC emails was made public over the weekend via WikiLeaks, and exposed alarming favoritism within the Democrat party toward Hillary Clinton — and an active attempt by officials to thwart the campaign of then-challenger, Bernie Sanders.
