CONSCIOUS LIVING   From birth onward (and also from previous lifetimes) each of you has unique life experiences. Along the way, you make a myriad of choices. These experiences imprint in your memory, which are then stored in your physical and aural bodies. Love, in all forms, whether they are thoughts, words, actions or emotions are free flowing. They wisp in and out, flowing through the Uni-verse, creating waves of sensuality and causing tides of yumminess. Fear-based emotions and thoughtforms, on the other hand, glop together, creating a dense mass that is hard to penetrate.

Through time, this will destroy your health as they manifest in a variety of dis-eases. With sincere desire, you will be able to uncode these thoughtforms before they manifest physically. In addition, they must be eradicated from your aural field in order to not cause you problems in the future. To change these belief codes, they must be unraveled, one at a time.

God said:

As it is, people may deign to not listen to what I say – and they don’t have to, do they? - what makes you think people have to listen to you? What I say is Truth. What you say may be opinion, or it could be Truth, yet who asked you for your opinion or even Truth? You are not the superintendent over other people’s lives, no matter how well-intentioned you may be.

Wait until someone asks, or when it’s your place as with your growing children or a long-time friend who is open to what you think or when someone impinges on your life in some way. Then you uphold your rights by speaking up. You have to speak up. You may find you are not heard, yet it is for you to speak.

There are varieties of circumstances wherein it is your responsibility to speak up, even to a stranger. You could rightfully yell at a stranger who isn’t paying attention and is walking right into a car that is backing out and the driver isn’t paying attention either. You would do well to stop a man from beating his horse. It is not always clear-cut when you must, yet sometimes it is.

There is a big difference between giving advice when it is asked for and rushing in where you have not been invited. Be cautious about intruding on others’ lives.

From an energetic perspective, there are three things that are integral to maintaining a healthy body and state of mind: 1) adequate energy flowing inward 2) proper releasing of unnecessary energy 3) proper energy flow. If any one of these three is out of balance, a number of energetic disturbances can result.

When our energy isn’t flowing properly, a part of you will feel “stuck” – like your progress has been halted and no matter what you do, it feels like you cannot move forward.

If this sounds familiar, you may be experiencing the energetic phenomenon called “cording.” A cord acts somewhat like a leash between you and a situation, environment, memory, or person keeping you energetically bonded. The cord is a result from a perceived need to be attached.

There are a number of different types of cords, each serving a unique purpose. All types of cording essentially do the same thing: they keep you attached to something or someone in a negative way. When cords are discovered, healed, and released, the result is a greater ability to move forward in life easily.
