Sun, the mighty core of the solar system, moves from the earthy Virgo sign into the airy Libra sign at the end of this week. Mars also changes signs, moving from Sun’s sign, Leo, to Virgo, Mercury’s sign. Mars typically likes to be solo or dominant, however, he probably doesn’t mind Jupiter’s influence via their conjunction in early Virgo. Jupiter expands Mars’ qualities, creating an inflated sense of aggressively handling details, and expanded assertion and drive at work. Mars entering Virgo also creates an exact square with Saturn in Sagittarius, with both planets intensely manifesting their energies at 0 degrees of their signs. While Mars square Saturn contains inherent difficulties, the opportunities for accomplishment are enormous. An overarching sense of discipline and structure in tension with ambition and desire is favorable for achieving success in spite of any obstacles.

Moored in Love

When there is love, how can there be conflict as well?

What can conflict be but fear of love? Perhaps fear in the form of holding tight to imagined ownership of even yourself. Beloveds, if you desire to sail, you have to untie yourself from the anchor. Know that you need no anchor. Be moored in love. Love, and be not tied.

The fact is that you are tied to nothing. You fight windmills. You fight freedom. Surrender to love instead. Let love take you by the hand. You don’t have to proclaim love. Be it.

Love yourself enough to love. Love yourself to pieces, and love will fall from the sky like confetti.

Get out of the details. You are not to be moored in a crush of details. Let go of the details. You don’t have to be caught up in them. Let details take care of themselves.

This means to let life be. Caught up in details, you tend to get caught up in difficulties.

Of course, I understand that life on Earth is made of details. The fact is, however, that you are to be caught up in the Greatness of Life. This is not a luxury. This is a necessity.

Unless you are caught up in love and revelation, you are caught up in the details, and this is where friction enters in. Details are minor. Love is major. It could be through friction, you cut love in half.

Nanotechnology found in popular foods, despite repeated denials by regulator

Popular lollies, sauces and dressings have been found to contain nanotechnology that the national food regulator has long denied is being widely used in Australia's food supply.

For many years, Food Standards Australia and New Zealand has claimed there is "little evidence" of nanotechnology in food because no company had applied for approval. It has therefore not tested for nor regulated the use of nanoparticles.​

Frustrated at the inertia, environment group Friends of the Earth commissioned tests that found potentially harmful nanoparticles of titanium dioxide and silica in 14 popular products, including Mars' M&Ms, Woolworths white sauce and Praise salad dressing.

"FSANZ kept saying there's no evidence of it, we're not going to do any testing. But all 14 samples came back positive, indicating widespread use of nanoparticles in foods in Australia," said the group's emerging tech campaigner, Jeremy Tager.

"​Everybody would want to think food is tested and assured to be safe before it hits supermarket shelves. FSANZ is conducting a living experiment with people. It has inexcusably failed in its role as a regulator."

I recently spoke with therapist Natalie Lamb about how to attract love. I asked her why so many people have difficulty these days in finding partners and having relationships that work:

There is no path back to God

There is no path back to God. This seems like such an incorrect thing to say, doesn't it? I'm sure you've been told that everyone is on the path back to God, but I'm going to say something very different, there is no path back to God. Why? Simple, because you were never separate in the first place.

If you want to transcend the illusion, begin by dropping all your assumptions, everything you've been taught. You're not going to see past the illusion by basing your quest upon an illusion, yet this is exactly where so many spiritual seekers start. You begin with the belief that you're separate from God, and you have to do something to get back to God. This is the core of much of what we call “spirituality” and you're given all these things to do to get back to God, but it's based upon a lie.

You are not separate from God, never were, never will be. It's an impossibility, God Is Omnipresence, Creator and Creation. Separation isn't possible, but believing you are separate is, and everything you believe, everything you think you know, is what makes up your illusion.

You have to understand the nature of experience, and the mental synthesis of experience, known as knowledge. How can Oneness see Oneness when Oneness Is All There Is? In the Higher Realms there's no space, no time, no experience as we know it. To see Oneness, you have to take a “step back”, but that's impossible since Oneness Is All There Is, so an illusion is needed, an illusion of something other than Oneness, an illusion of separation.

Be Yourself: Let Go of the Guilt

There is nothing more tragic than a person that feels they need to wait for permission to be happy, live their life or be their most authentic self. When our minds are plagued by fear, guilt or unworthiness we begin to believe that we don’t deserve to be truly happy until the other people in our lives are as well.

Or perhaps we do the opposite. We feel as though we have no right to be angry, sad, depressed or unhappy because we still see so many in the world that have so little compared to us. Either way, when we feel guilty about being our most authentic self and start operating from the notion that we need to wait for the world outside of us to give us the green light to start feeling however we feel, we are wasting precious time.

Since the dawn of ages, throughout cultures and civilizations, there have always been those who were considered enlightened. Prophets, Messiah’s and Sages throughout the ages, were able to tap into the eternal energy of the universe. Bringing forth ancient wisdom of the cosmos and creation. Bestowing upon all who would listen, the understanding of our very existence. Some were ridiculed and others were murdered for what seemed to be at the time, irrational views.

Take for example Jesus Christ. He was known to be one of the most radical of enlightened masters in history. To onlookers, a man walking around telling everyone that he was the son of God, would have seemed so irrational and ‘blasphemous’ that just by speaking the words ‘I and my father we are one’ had already had made him a prime subject for public scrutiny.

Two years after Edward Snowden first leaked information about the National Security Agency’s illegal domestic spying programs, the once-cynical whistleblower is now striking a more optimistic tone about what he sees as a rising “post-terror” America.

In an op-ed published Thursday in The New York Times, whistleblower and former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden reflected on how circumstances have changed on the two-year anniversary of his first leaks. “Two years ago today, three journalists and I worked nervously in a Hong Kong hotel room, waiting to see how the world would react to the revelation that the National Security Agency had been making records of nearly every phone call in the United States. In the days that followed, those journalists and others published documents revealing that democratic governments had been monitoring the private activities of ordinary citizens who had done nothing wrong,” wrote Snowden in the opening of his retrospective.
