An enormous row of 90 megalithic stones has been found buried beneath the prehistoric super-henge of Durrington Walls earthworks, only one mile from the world-famous site of Stonehenge in Wiltshire, England.  The huge line of megalithic stones lies 3 feet underground and has just been discovered through the use of sophisticated radar equipment. The finding is believed to have been a huge ritual monument.

“We’re looking at one of the largest stone monuments in Europe and it has been under our noses for something like 4,000 years… It’s truly remarkable.” said Professor Vince Gaffney, from the University of Bradford and co-director of the Stonehenge Hidden Landscapes Project, which made the discovery. “We don’t think there’s anything quite like this anywhere else in the world. This is completely new and the scale is extraordinary,” he added.

The discovery was announced at the opening of the British Science Festival in Bradford, and has been described as the most exciting finding of Neolithic Britain for many years.

Daily Message ~ Monday September 7, 2015

Having time for labour and time for rest scheduled out for you was a system that worked very well in older energies. It gave people a predictability, and through that, a feeling of safety that was generally energetically supported.

But as the energies have changed, and continue to change, strongly and rapidly, many sensitive humans have been finding it difficult to follow set schedules. They can find it almost impossible to work when their bodies are requiring rest and integration, and almost impossible to rest while their bodies are energized for work and creation.

As you move forward during this grand shift your planet is undergoing, you will find more people being drawn to self employment, and more employers creating flexible hours and work environments for their workers. It will become vitally important for people to have the ability to move with whatever energies are supporting them at any given time.

People will also find themselves gravitating towards doing what brings them joy for a career, because your passions and purpose will rarely feel like work. Freedom to self express, to create, to flow, and to harness whatever is being supported energetically, will become a vital part of how humans structure their days, leading to a greater self expression and satisfaction in livelihood than ever before. ~Archangel Gabriel

The Man Who Lives Without Money

Think you couldn’t live without money? Irishman Mark Boyle challenged this notion and here’s how he finds life with no financial income, bank balance, and no spending.

“If someone told me seven years ago, in my final year of a business and economics degree, that I’d now be living without money, I’d have probably choked on my microwaved ready meal.” According to Boyle, the plan back then was to ‘get a good job’, make as much money as possible, and buy the stuff that would show society he was successful.

Like most individuals raised in a consumer-driven society, he never second guessed those goals. For a while he had a fantastic job managing a big organic food company and even had a yacht in the harbor. If it hadn’t have been for the chance purchase of a video called Gandhi, he’d still be pursuing the same life. “I’d still be doing it today. Instead, for the last fifteen months, I haven’t spent or received a single penny. Zilch”.

The change in life path came one evening on the yacht while philosophizing with a friend over a glass of Merlot. “Whilst I had been significantly influenced by Mahatma’s quote “be the change you want to see in the world”, I had no idea what that change was up until then.”

TV: Cutting the Cord

By Christina Lavers
Guest Writer for Wake Up World

“Television is by nature the dominator drug par excellence. Control of content, uniformity of content, repeatability of content make it inevitably a tool of coercion, brainwashing, and manipulation.” Terence McKenna

I can remember the first time I became aware of the television. I would have been very young, too young to understand what I was seeing. I recall being struck by the power, by the allure of the sounds and moving colors; its draw was compelling and hypnotic. As I got older and able to appreciate the stories it told, I no longer saw it as a mysterious, awesome force dancing in my living room, instead it became like an easy companion, its authority and influence carefully tucked away between the smiling faces and captivating plots. I could spend hours lost in the comfort of the illusions that emanated from that magical box. Oblivious to the fact that the seemingly benign shows I allowed myself to be engrossed in were actively, and subliminally, shaping my mind and guiding my belief system, I lapped up the free entertainment.

The Next Generation: Raising Children for the New Earth

By Áine Sands
Guest Writer for Wake Up World

As the most vulnerable of mammals when born, human babies come into the world reliant on the loving care of parents/guardians and support from their environment. With no means or ability to survive alone, children are dependent upon family, surroundings, culture and society. They (that is to say, we) begin the process of learning immediately – completely absorbing our surroundings – seeing and sensing energy on all levels. Brain development is an ongoing process which is crucial and happening rapidly after birth.

This vulnerability reflects the fact that humans come into the world knowing how to love, by completely trusting that they will be cared for. Although sadly not always the case, in general, babies are welcomed tenderly into the world and they bring an abundance of joy and love to the lives they touch. Our natural human instinct is to smile at a baby and be gentle with them.

Amazing Wildlife Crossings Around The World

Rapid deforestation and excessive human intervention into wildlife habitat has lead to frequent straying of wild animals into human habitation. Intrusion into wildlife habitat typically occurs due to illegal encroachment and also when roads, railroads, canals, electric power lines, and pipelines penetrate and divide wildlife habitat. Wild animals attempting to cross roads often find themselves in front of speeding vehicles.

Road mortality has significantly impacted a number of prominent species in the United States and elsewhere, including white-tailed deer, Florida panthers, and black bears. According to a study made in 2005, nearly 1.5 million traffic accidents involving deer occur each year in the United States that cause an estimated $1.1 billion in vehicle damage. In addition, species that are unable to migrate across roads to reach resources such as food, shelter and mates experiences reduced reproductive and survival rates.

Study: Average Attention Span Now 8 Seconds – Lower Than A Goldfish

A study from Microsoft involving more than 2,000 people has found that the average attention span has dipped to a low 8 seconds – down from 12 seconds in 2000. A goldfish has an attention span of 9 seconds.

There are many effects from smartphones and the like on the human body which are never written about. Information technology (IT) is much more powerful in unrecognized ways than is generally acknowledged.

Because these various IT devices are often very close to a person’s body, they can and do have profound effects on the human bioelectric field. The key factor in this ever-intensifying dynamic between human and technology is the length of time of daily interaction.

In other words, picking up a cellphone to make a couple of calls a day is one thing; being tied to your smartphone 24 hour a day, 7 days a week is something altogether different. Herein lies one of the key causes of the shrinking attention span. Additionally, constant exposure to cell phones near our heads may be dangerous.

University Student Fed Up With Campus Rent Built His Own Tiny House & Now Lives Off The Grid

The tiny house movement continues to grow and for good reason. Whether it be couples converting their trucks into three story homes or former pro athletes taking themselves off the grid, it seems that more and more people are embracing this compact and environmentally friendly way of living.

The tiny house revolution seems to have made its way onto University campuses as well, thanks to the incredible story of Chris Cerk, a 21-year-old Michigan Junior who has ditched campus living. Fed up with the cost of renting, Chris took matters into his own hands and decided to instead spend his money on something he could take with him beyond his time at the university.

Chris has built a 170 square foot tiny house on a trailer, equipped with a shower, compostable toilet, and a number of other necessary features, parking it on a lot nearby the school. The cozy residence is powered by solar and propane, and in many ways is far more impressive than a typical student dorm. Check it out:

Day 110: Love Thyself

LOVE THYSELF   We are all from the same Source and will return to the same Source. Many of your ancient and religious teachings make the statements that we are all One, that we are brothers and sisters and indeed, this is true. Know it in your hearts, look into each other’s eyes and see this Truth. Until you know in your hearts that you are the same, you will create separation, which is the downfall of any civilization. When humans create labels of separateness, all hell breaks loose. Heaven on Earth can be a reality when each of you consciously chooses to make it so.

There is one underlying theme that can make this a reality, love thy neighbor as thyself. The problem is that many of you have not learned to love thyself. How can anyone expect to love their neighbor if he cannot love himself first? This is an impossible reality. It always begins by going within. Many of you spend an exorbitant amount of time and energy on your outer self when it comes to grooming and appearances. Yet far fewer take time to go within and do the necessary grooming that allows them to shine their inner light. This is best done in deep meditation; however, you can also reflect during any moment of the day. This can only be done if your mind is not cluttered with fear or busy-ness that keeps you distracted from what is essential, love of Self.
