Career? What does that mean? That you will live safe and you will die safe? That you will live with much money and you will die a rich man? But what about your inner contentment? If your soul remains crippled and paralyzed, what is the point of gaining the whole world?

The real thing is to have the joy, the joy of life, that you lived courageously in your own way and whatsoever was asked as a price, you paid it. And whenever you attain something through paying for it, it is more valuable. If you can get it cheap, it loses all value.

The Difference Between Fear and Intuition

In “Emotional Freedom” my approach to transforming fear has two stages. First, take stock of what makes you afraid and distinguish irrational fears from legitimate intuitions. Second, take appropriate steps to heed protective fears and transform the others with courage. At times you may foresee real danger, but more frequently unproductive fears clobber you. Therefore as a general rule, train yourself to question fears tied to low self-esteem; we’re all worthy of what’s extraordinary. For example, it’s right to question the fear that you’re too emotionally damaged to love; even the severely wounded can have their hearts opened again. True intuitions will never put you down or support destructive attitudes or behavior. Here are some guidelines for distinguishing legitimate fears from irrational ones:

How To Tell Fear From Intuition

Signs of a Reliable Intuition

  • Conveys information neutrally, unemotionally
  • Feels right in your gut

4 Ways Nature is Irreplaceable to Your Health and Well-being

If you are to connect more with anything this year, let it be nature. It will not only allow you to connect more to yourself but others as well. It is fuel for the soul. Increased vitality exists above and beyond the energizing effects of physical activity and social interaction that are often associated with our forays into the natural world.

There are many ways to connect with ourselves and others, but nature is certainly one of the best ways.

“Nature is fuel for the soul,” says Richard Ryan, lead author and a professor of psychology at the University of Rochester. “Often when we feel depleted we reach for a cup of coffee, but research suggests a better way to get energized is to connect with nature,” he says.“Research has shown that people with a greater sense of vitality don’t just have more energy for things they want to do, they are also more resilient to physical illnesses. One of the pathways to health may be to spend more time in natural settings,” says Ryan.

Tiny Specks of Miracles

Looking through the rays of light coming through the window I see the tiny specks floating around me. It is clear evidence of the tiny specks of miracles that surround us all.

There may be some saying , “No, those aren’t miracles. Those are dust motes and shed skin.” To those I say, open your eyes and witness the tiny specks of miracles that do in fact surround us all.

When we think of a miracle we contemplate big life changing events like healed disease, surviving an overturned vehicle with only a scratch, finding a $100 bill inside a pair of old jeans. And yes, these can in fact be miracles. But in no way are these super sized occurrences the only definitions of miracles.

A neighbor called the other day to tell me that my street living cat who gave up residence and all but emancipated himself from us 3 years ago was limping so she took him to the vet. This neighbor who shared her love not only with our shared cat, but also with my family is a miracle.

The Great Green Wall of Africa - 4,700 Miles of Trees Holding Back the Desert

The Great Wall of China was built over a millennium to ward off nomadic raiders. With Africa's farmlands threatened by an enemy more pernicious than any Mongolian horde, Senegal is leading a 12-nation cooperative effort to erect a living defense system aptly named, the Great Green Wall of Africa.

The Sahara is currently the second largest desert in size, only smaller than Antarctica. However, unlike its frozen relative, the Sahara is actually expanding. The United Nations estimates that, by 2025, two thirds of Africa's arable land will be covered in Saharan sand, vastly expanding the current 9 million square kilometers. Even if these predictions prove aggressive, the effects of farmland destruction on a continent already hard-pressed for food would be devastating on any level.

With this peril in sight, the leaders of Senegal, Mauritania, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Nigeria, Chad, Sudan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, and Djibouti have banded together on an unprecedented endeavor to stave off impending catastrophe. Once complete, Africa's Green Wall will be a manmade forest of drought-resistant trees (principally acacia) stretching across the entire continent.

JUNE 2ND 2015 - FULL MOON IN SAGITTARIUS

AstroEyes Evolutionary Astrology – Cathy Lindsey

A Sagittarius Full Moon encourages us to have fun, quest for knowledge and expand our visions.  It also encourages us to think deep and focus on our Truth.  This is important as we have been through a lot of activations and down loads over the last months and years.  In March the cycle (of 7 exact Cardinal Squares) within a cycle (2010 – 2017) ended.  Leaving us with a feeling of  “the rug being pulled out from under our feet.”  Things seem a little unstable, uneasy, and fluid.  This is also true throughout the world and with the Earth herself.  We are being asked to see and create “our own” big picture and focus on it.  We are being asked to create our new future out of the chaos that is happening around us.  Even though we may not be sure of exactly where we are headed……start moving….and Trust (Sagittarius) in your Guidance.  These changes are happening in all areas of our lives.  All the seeds that have been planted over the last months and years…. are now sprouting….we need to decide which ones to nourish and which ones to let go of.

Full Moons are a time of releasing.  It is a time of releasing the “old” that is no longer working. Go deep into yourself, your foundations, your old perceptions, your Soul, and observe what is no longer working for you….and then release it…. to make way for the new.  It is a time of purging and releasing in all areas of your life.   With all Full Moons, remember that Full Moon energy last a day and half on each side of the peak.  The Full Moon phase suggests that things that we are not aware of….shine bright to make themselves known…..and emotional level’s are highly activated….. similar to high tide in the Ocean.

Daily Message ~ Tuesday June 2, 2015

Simply BEing is the best way to give yourself a soul vacation while you are in the body. It will have the same restorative effects, the same sense of wonder, the same peace, the same appreciation for the present moment, and the same joy based flow as an actual vacation, and it is something you can enjoy whenever you like. ~Archangel Gabriel

Hillary Clinton Labeled “Bride Of Frankenfood” For Supporting Monsanto & GMOs

Source: www.ewao.com | Original Post Date: May 28, 2015 –

The former first lady and current Democrat hopeful for President has a new nickname in Iowa: “Bride of Frankenfood.”

With deep ties to biotech companies, Clinton has paraded her support for GMOs more prominently than any sane individual likely should. For example, she was recognized flaunting her fanaticism for companies like Monsanto at the appearance of the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) convention in San Diego. (See below)

And if Iowa residents didn’t know or just didn’t care at the time, they definitely have a clue on Clinton’s stance now. She is officially on record for stating that biotech professionals need to continue to promote the case for GM seed...

A Solution for Every Problem

By Wes Annac, Culture of Awareness

Scrupulously examining our behavior can help us determine how we’re keeping ourselves from the things that mean the most to us, and for every desire or goal we can’t seem to reach, chances are there’s something we’re doing to keep ourselves from reaching it.

The human mind is an interesting thing. One minute, we’ll have a goal or desire we want to reach more than anything, and the next minute, we scramble to get away from the very thing we wanted.

It can be hard to determine what we want out of life if we run away from the things we convince ourselves are important, and I’ll use a personal example to illustrate my point.

Spoiler alert: For one of the sections of this week’s upcoming Culture of Awareness Weekly Newsletter, I wrote about the challenges, as well as the opportunities for growth and expansion, that loneliness can present.

I wrote that it can be easy to feel lonely if we’re in a place where there aren’t a lot of other conscious people around, and I shared my experiences feeling isolated from the rest of the conscious community.
