As the process of cellular transformation progresses, you will be weighted down by an erroneous feeling of unworthiness. All the darkness contained within yourself in your head, you regard as your own little sins. These feelings are not your sins but they are the heritage of all species that you represent. Because of the heaviness and darkness you brought with you when you incarnated to this planet, you could not imagine that you were pure and divine enough. You could not imagine that you were good enough and clear enough as well as bright enough to hold the Christ light in your bodies. You dealing with immense biological changes and you also have all the psychological, mental/conceptual and emotional issues that you inherited when you arrived to deal with as well. You have to deal with many complicated issues in your life, some of which you are not aware of at the present time and are all contained within your body.

I define a “sage” as someone who uses their awareness, which they find in stillness and contemplation, to subtly and quietly create positive change. The sage embodies material transcendence and expresses him or herself through love and peace, and everything flows to this quiet, still embodiment of divine perfection.

The sage who’s successfully opened their mind and allowed their heart-centered wisdom to pour through gains a greater understanding of the nature of reality, and in my opinion, we don’t have to accomplish anything to become a sage.

All we have to do is sit in silence and recognize our simplistic divinity, and we don’t have to be loved by the masses to change the world. All we have to do is transform our consciousness, and everything else will flow from the heart space, allowing us to help the world wake up.

INTRODUCTIONS   We encourage you to consider the following ways to greet people. When shaking hands, look them in the eye. Look deep into their soul and recognize that this person is an extension of yourself, that at one time, you were both part of the wholeness of Source.

Without saying a word, send love to them. Choose to be kind to them in this moment and any time in the future. Send this message to them through your eyes. Make a heart-to-heart connection by welling up feelings of love in your heart. Send it to their heart with the feeling of kinship and trust. No words need be exchanged while this is happening.

If someone greets you with a hug, allow yourself to receive this gift. While embracing, remain silent and allow the love in your heart to be sent to their heart. Let the initiator decide when the hug ends. You have now made a loving connection with another Human Being.

Practice doing this every time you meet someone. Many lives have been saved as a result of one person acknowledging the presence of another, especially those who are downtrodden.  Celebrate the divinity within each other!  Etznab 4
