Evidence of Reincarnation

Reincarnation seems conventional to the more than 1.25 billion practitioners of Hinduism and Buddhism. However, it’s not widely accepted by those outside of Eastern religion. The Western skepticism of reincarnation is tied to monotheistic religions’ focus on a single life, a single soul and an active God who does not rely on karmic law. With sporadic believers announcing they’re Cleopatra or Elvis reincarnate, it’s not surprising many people remain extremely skeptical of the soul’s ability to return repeatedly. This general skepticism has not prevented researchers from exploring the potential for reincarnation.

Is there Value to getting angry?

Anger is a Root vibe… it bubbles up from the Root chakra when there is absolutely no other way. When there are no feelings of safety, no feelings of support from those around you, and a feeling that it just can’t be stuffed anymore until it explodes out in a torrent of rage.

But is there value to this? Is there some beneficial “thing” that can come from getting angry and exploding it out onto those around you?

Considering that it is an innate built-in feature to the human psyche (and potentially other mammals or maybe even all kinds of creatures), there must be something that can come from it, even if it is not the best way to do things.

10 Significant Reasons Why Regularly Drinking Green Tea Is An Awesome Healthy Living Habit!

Tea is one of the oldest drinks (used for almost 50 centuries in Asia) and – after water – the most common beverage people enjoy the world over (Mandel et al. 2008). Native to China, it comes from the evergreen plantCamellia sinensis. A cup of tea contains numerous compounds in varying quantities: vitamins, polyphenols, caffeine, fluoride, sugars, amino acids, proteins, minerals, chlorophyll and others (Zhao et al. 2013). Which tea is produced (white, green, oolong or black) depends on the subsequent processing of harvested Camellia leaves. Teas can be classified as non-fermented (green and white teas), semi-fermented (oolong tea), and fermented (black tea).

6 Tips To Avoid Burning Yourself Out In Life

Being burnt out is something almost everyone experiences at some point in their life, yet this isn’t usually something that is talked about in the “spiritual” circle.  A big part of stepping into your highest potential is creating habits and routines that facilitate growth in your life.  If you aren’t managing priorities, time, and work properly, all of your effort will be going into trying to restore your energy levels instead of into personal growth.

Here are 7 practical tips to avoid burning yourself out in life:

1) Don’t overcommit

If you can’t take a fellow employees shift, then tell them you can’t do it.  Don’t tell your boss your work will be completed in a timeline that is not realistic for you.  Don’t try to please your peers by making plans with them all weekend if you feel you need rest.  Respect yourself enough to know that nothing is more valuable than your happiness.  Not even productivity.

Have You Learned Helplessness as a Patient?

Have You Learned Helplessness as a Patient - CopyBy Lissa Rankin MD

Learned Helplessness

In my decades of experience working with patients as a physician, taking a passive approach to our health is not uncommon. Many patients take an auto mechanic approach to health, handing over their bodies to doctors they may not even screen as carefully as they choose their auto mechanics, never questioning what the doctor says, seeking clarity when they’re confused, asking for second opinions when they doubt the diagnosis or treatment plan of the doctor, or taking their bodies elsewhere when something doesn’t feel right.

Studies Link Social Anxiety To Empathetic Ability, High IQs, & Sentinel Intelligence

Source: www.spiritscienceandmetaphysics.com | Original Post Date: April 25, 2015 –

A few years ago, a series of studies came out in an attempt to sort of ‘debunk’ people who practice spirituality.  The study found that people who have a spiritual understanding of life tend to be more susceptible to mental health problems, addictions, and anxiety disorders.

A passive aggressive news report from the Daily Mail titled “Spiritual people are more likely to be mentally ill (but at least they think life has more meaning)” took a jab at spiritual people as if to say “They’re crazy, but at least they think life is more important to them”.

A report by The Telegraph also covered the same story, claiming that spiritual people struggle to cope with things mentally.  Now, could it be possible that the reason spiritually-minded people have more mental health issues and anxiety problems is not because they are looney, but because they are more connected to what is happening in the world?

Astrology Forecast for May 2015

by Astrologer Kathy Biehl

The astrology forecast for May says it is a month of emotional immersion and mental diversion. We’ll be exploring the extremes of both, sometimes pinging back and forth between them, sometimes finding ourselves in both at once. The peculiar mix sends us, by month’s end, into a spa for the soul, where the waters pour out love and acceptance of the self.

No matter how dark the first days may feel, remember that a therapeutic process is at work. Unpleasant thoughts, fears and impulses fly through minds and out of mouths during the long weekend that launches the month. The Scorpio Full Moon (on May 3-4) is normally a trigger for the darker side of emotional experiences. This year’s model comes with a jumble of uncomfortable influences that produce frustration, roadblocks, resistance, more inner growth (great, right?) and all manner of emotional backwash coming off the last two months.

What Is the Fuss About?

How much difference is there between getting upset and angry? Perhaps getting upset is the same as anger, only upset appears milder like a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

Something has disrupted a modicum of peace within you. It may not have been a whole lot of peace, yet it was all you had. Whether it’s a person or pot hole, you allowed the idea that someone disrupted you from your sense of ease. You have the idea that someone did this to you.

You know there are also the times you seem to have set out looking for something to get upset over. You were ready for it. Some steam was building up within you, and you were ready to pounce. You took the initiative all right. Taking the initiative is usually a good thing, but not always, certainly not when you’re looking to be perturbed.

The person before you is not really responsible for your upset. Odds are that he or she is an innocent party. He or she happened to be right there to pre-empt your readiness for a storm. There are certain themes or issues that you put your dukes up for long before the one you blame entered the horizon. Will you admit to this for even once in a while? On occasion? More than once!

I suppose that anger raises a fire and sparks fly out, and the embers keep burning.

We are talking about irritation, would you agree?

Sometimes you just have an itch that you’ve got to scratch. Sometimes you have to call out the fire department in order to put out the fire that blazes within you.
