One has to be innocent Not knowing is the most intimate. Knowing creates distance.

The Sunshine of God's Heart

God said:

Life in the world requires a balance. Otherwise, you wear yourself out. Yes, be glad and grateful to serve, yet not ingratiate yourself. Life is for the living and giving, yet you do not spin your wheels. You are not looking to bow down to the world, nor is the world to bow down to you. You are free-wheeling.

Be careful of demands you make of others. Be careful of demands you make on yourself. You are not to outdo yourself. You are not out to prove your wonderfulness.

Naturally, you will keep getting better and better. It is natural to grow. It is natural for you to grow. Growing in life is not like going to the gym and following a regime. Yes, you grow and grant mercies in life, yet not to the extinction of your God-given Self and Destiny.  You exist eternally no matter what you make of it.

The Great Spiritual Ones simply put one step after the other. They did not practice sanctity. They did not do push-ups in a certain order. They did not sacrifice. They lived their lives. They gained spiritual weight which, in fact, is weightless.

Each child of Mine – every single one of My children – has his own life to follow, yet no one is given a precise map to follow. Life is before you, yet you set your own table. You learn and grow into your Life Purpose or Purposes. The path you walk on may wind before you. You stumble upon life. Your Life is strewn before you, and, yet, you find your way. You are finding your way. Meanwhile, you lead your Life as best you can.

Study: One Quarter of All Americans Take a Drug Every Week that Kills their Empathy

Touted as a risk-free pain reliever, Tylenol sends as many as 78,000 people to the emergency room annually and results in 33,000 hospitalizations a year, according to federal data. The active ingredient in Tylenol, acetaminophen, is also the leading cause of acute liver failure, according to data from an ongoing study funded by the National Institutes for Health.

In spite of most experts noting that Tylenol can be taken daily, virtually free from danger, studies show that ingesting just a little bit more than the daily recommended dose of 4 grams of Tylenol over the course of a few days can result in severe illness and even death.

Aside from liver damage, overdose, severe illness, and death, a new study shows acetaminophen to effectively kill human empathy.

Real revolution starts from within. There can be no outward revolution without an inward revolution to start the fire.

The word revolution derives from the word ‘evolution’, a process of growing awareness. So ‘re’volution is a return, a revisiting, of a state of growing awareness. In this case, a dynamic state, as per the revolution associated with the complete turning of a wheel through 360 degrees.

There is no other way of changing a society than through the process of change in the individuals who make up that society. Nor is it possible to change people from outside. However, it is possible to inspire an awakening, or reawakening of the individual or individuals, through sharing awakened energy.

This is the essential significance the word ‘guru’ or teacher. But rare indeed is the guru who both preaches and practices true awareness raising. Holistic awareness. For these are true revolutionary qualities.

We are having a New Moon in Cancer on July 4th, 2016 which is the beginning of the 29.5 day Moon cycle. In astrological practice, we view New Moons as a new wave of energy happening as the Sun and Moon meet at the exact same point of the zodiac.

During the last month, we’ve have had some very significant planetary configurations, especially around the Full Moon, which have been helping us to facilitate an important transition. We may have been overwhelmed with everything going on, and potentially have had different aspects of our lives at odds with each other. However it has played out for you, the challenges we have faced are actually serving us well.

One of the most restorative things you can do for yourself as a human being is to find an activity that you enjoy so much that it fully absorbs you to the point where you can engage in the activity for several hours and feel like it has only been a few minutes.

When you experience time distortion, it tells you that you have shifted energetically into a space of flow, of being fully present, of being surrendered – which is an indicator of being in higher energetic state that is connection with Source. Losing time is always a sign you have shifted into a higher dimensional energy which is, much like meditation, incredibly supportive to you in a myriad of ways.

It does not matter what you do. Paint, read, walk in nature, write, take up a hobby. It is your choice. It is not the activity itself but the energetic space it creates for you that matters. ~Archangel Gabriel
