If you finally allow yourself to heal from wounds that were inflicted from another, it does not mean that you think what happened was okay. It simply means that you have assumed the role of loving guide and parent for yourself and have decided to choose healing over hurt. You are completely capable of creating a safe space for yourself to do so, and to release yourself from the chains of pain that bind you with another. You can celebrate the fact that you are eternally whole and can centre yourself back into that truth whenever you like. Finding your way back to embracing your divine template of wholeness and wellness allows you to take the gift of any experience and leave the rest behind, and that, Dear Ones, is freedom. ~Archangel Gabriel

It may seem like “enlightenment” is a place far far away – one that requires us to struggle and suffer to even get close. It may seem like in order to take this “path towards enlightenment” seriously, we need to have the right clothes, buy the right crystals, wear the right pendants, pay for the right courses and follow the right practices. According to these ideas, an enlightened person should look like this:

Enlightenment has become the new “promised land” of spirituality, the state that guarantees peace, happiness, joy and the fulfillment of all desires. It is often portrayed as the “guru” life, one where people will look up to you and consider you as “better” and “wiser” than them. To put it simply, enlightenment can become quite the obstacle to enlightenment.

The court of appeals in Lyon, France, has found agribusiness giant Monsanto guilty of poisoning a man named Paul François. François is a farmer who claimed that he suffered a multitude of ailments, including headaches, memory loss, neurological problems and stammering, after he unintentionally inhaled Monsanto’s herbicide, Lasso.

François used Lasso for over 15 years, and in 2004 accidentally inhaled the product. After the incident, the farmer began getting severe headaches and experienced moments of mental absence and an inability to speak.

The chemical’s effects on François were so severe that he fainted, was hospitalized and fell into a coma. François was diagnosed with monochlorobenzene poisoning by his doctors, who found that the chemical permanently damaged his brain. Monochlorobenzene makes up 50% of the herbicide Lasso.

Dear Ones, do you know what brings you joy? What you are passionate about? What makes your heart sing? Sadly, many of you have been so consumed with duty and caring for others, that your own joyful activities have gone by the wayside.

If you do not know what brings you joy, it is your sacred mission, right now, to figure that out. An easy way to get some clarity is to go to a book store or library and browse up and down every aisle. Where you linger the longest is an indicator of where your interests lay. This is an excellent way of discovering what draws you without investing a large amount of money and time.

We encourage you to decide right now, before the start of a new year, to actively pursue pastimes that make your heart happy, allow you to feel fully present, and honour your own interests. If you understand that following your passions puts you into alignment with your soul and Source energy, there is no such thing as being too busy do so.

Don’t pressure yourself to find the perfect activity or to excel at it. Enjoyment is the indicator of success in this situation, so try many things and if you don’t like something, try something else! It is a embarking on grand voyage of self discovery and joyful expansion, that you simply cannot get wrong. ~Archangel Gabriel

Not A ‘Normal’ Journey

I have been on a journey for most of my life. Not a normal journey, but one of the soul, the spirit – of the one behind the one who I thought I was. Something or someone has been propelling me through this lifetime as though I am a passenger on a fate-bound mystical train with no way to look forward and only a view of where I have been.

Since I was very young, I felt urged toward uncovering the occult secrets of the Masters from the past. I read and I discovered. First, came the Western Esoteric Tradition. It started with the College of Esoteric Studies out of Barbados. Then, The Rosicrucian Order A.M.O.R.C., where I became Master of the Lodge. Continuing my search, I read Ouspensky, Gurdjieff, Wei Wu Wei, and Harold Percival. All pretty heady stuff. I felt like I was making progress, but to where?

God said:

Beloved Child of Mine, remind yourself that, when you feel low, even at your very lowest, you are in a good place, for you are like a pitcher in baseball who pulls his arm way back before he throws the ball. Or, you are like a runner, who gets down low, then sprints forward with great momentum. Or, you are like an archer pulling back on your bow. When you stop pulling back and let go, whatever you are sending goes faster and farther and on target.

When you feel low, you are going to spring forward with power. You are going to rise to new heights.

I ask you not to be discouraged. Discouraged means disheartened. Certainly, you are not to dishearten yourself.

You can only rise higher. You will get up from being down. You have done it before. And you will do it again. As you rise, so will others. You set the momentum. You break the barriers that were in your mind, and others will also.

All your battles are with yourself. When you feel depressed, you have depressed yourself. Others and other matters may press upon you, yet you set the tone. If you feel reviled, you are the one who reviles yourself.

And when you feel inspired, no matter how much others have inspired you, you are your own inspirer.

You are your own everything, your own detractor, hider, show-off, mover, story-teller, actor and star of the show, target, savior, dispenser, mistake-maker, affronter, disbeliever, believer, astounder, rebounder, derelict, beater, jailer, freer. You are the belle of the ball, and you are the wallflower.
