Dear Ones, there are going to be times when you find yourselves uncomfortable – out of alignment, resistant, feeling frustrated or angry. All emotions are part of the human experience, and no human being is going to stay balanced and positive all of the time.

You may find an energetic shift particularly challenging. You might get busy and forget to practice the things that help you stay in balance. As a human on the planet, you are always being exposed to different energies and changes, and there will be some circumstances you may find more difficult to deal with. That is quite normal.

So what do you do about it? If you are finding yourself suddenly feeling uncomfortable, the first thing we recommend is that you don’t push against it. Resistance will only dig you deeper into the energies you are finding undesirable. Think of quicksand. The more you fight, the more you get stuck.

Just stop. Still yourself. Recognize you have landed in a place that is not your preference. Be kind and gentle with yourself. This is not the time to berate and abuse yourself! You are not bad or stupid for landing where you are. You are now in awareness and can do something about it.

Can you receive love? When someone tells you they love you, do you brush it off or do you really allow yourself to open up and feel it? Have you ever just let yourself sit and receive the love we have for you? To truly feel it?

We ask you to stop and really examine your ability to receive love, because it will show you exactly how much you are able to receive in general. Many of you are very comfortable with giving, but not so much with receiving.

One of the most powerful ways you can transform your life is to train yourself to truly be open and receive. We highly recommend you take the time to sit quietly and simply accept the love of Source. Allow it to wash over you, to fill your vessel, to heal you, to reassure you, to soothe you, to inspire you, to overflow from you.

When someone tells you they love you, consciously feel that love! Receive it, treasure it, allow yourself to feel every molecule of it. By doing so you will become more and more comfortable with receiving, with dancing with the flow of the universe, and embracing the never ending abundance that is available to you, radiating love joyfully like never before. ~Archangel Gabriel

Dear Ones, please be assured that all the spiritual talk about detachment and acceptance does not for one second mean we are wishing for you to turn into unfeeling robots! Your life is going to be filled with a myriad of experiences and emotions, and that is all part of having a human experience.

Disappointment, for example, shows that you cared deeply about something and that is a wonderful thing! Emotions themselves are not bad, in fact they are incredibly valuable to you, to help you experience, express yourselves, be aware of what is looking for love and nurturing within you, and allow you to further define what your preferences are. Fear of emotions can cause a person to isolate and be too afraid to experience anything, which is so contrary to what you are on the planet to do! As always, what causes the most pain is resistance because your soul is always seeking to grow, experience, expand and evolve.

So be present! Love wholly and completely! Don’t be afraid to feel, for that is the gift of being alive. Know that if an emotion comes up that you are not comfortable with, you are not bad or unevolved, you are simply being given a chance to further fill yourself up with your own loving care. It is through this consciousness that you will be able to flow and expand without fear, for you will quickly learn that you will be fine no matter what presents, which will allow you to even further embrace life and all that is. ~Archangel Gabriel

If you are wishing to manifest a divine love partnership, one of the most helpful things you can do is to acknowledge that person already exists and then incorporate them into your life energetically. Meditate and ask to connect with that person. Feel their energy. Try not to force them into being anyone specific, just concentrate on how they feel loving and wonderful. If you are having trouble not attaching to how they look, simply imagine them standing behind you, holding you in their arms lovingly.

When you go to bed, imagine curling up with your beloved. When you wake up, say good morning to them energetically. Send them love and encouragement throughout the day.

This technique works very well because it allows you to experience for yourself that the one you seek is out there. Then, by starting to nurture the relationship energetically, you are making the choice to be love, to hold the energy of what you desire, which then activates the manifestation process.
