Watch Scientists Observe A Planet Forming For The First Time In Human History

For the first time ever, scientists have been able to observe a planet in its beginning stages of formation. They’ve been able to capture images of dust and gas particles accumulating together which are forming another planet in another galaxy.

“This is the first time that we’ve imaged a planet that we can say is still forming.” – Stephanie Sallum, an astronomer with the University of Arizona and co-author of the study (source)

Kate Follett, a researcher from Stanford University and Sallum’s co-author, said that “no one has successfully and unambiguously detected a forming planet before. There have always been alternative explanations, but in this case we’ve taken a direct picture, and it’s hard to dispute that.” (source)

It’s quite amazing that we can take a picture of a forming planet. This one is known as LkCa15 and it is 450-light years away. Here it is:

As If You Are Requesting a Certain Song

God said:

Whatever you can think of can manifest. This includes your happiest thoughts as well as your most fearful thoughts. What is there that cannot be conceived by the mind of man? The beautiful, the ugly, the noncommittal, the committed, that which you see and that which you do not see. The mind of man is powerful. The mind of man is most powerful. Whatever you think of takes form. It may not be an instant replay, yet it will be replayed on the stage of life sooner or later. Take care in what you repeat to yourself, even when you are not verbal.

Dreams come true, yet not always in the form you would consciously choose. Your words can come true. Believe, once and for all, that the Universe listens to your thoughts, words, deeds, and reactions. The Universe means to give you all that you ask for or hint at. The Universe is eager to please you. The Universe takes you at your word. What it hears you say, the Universe bends over backwards to give you. It means to dot every i and cross every t on your behalf. The Universe heralds what it hears you say and think. It doesn't second-guess you.

If you don’t want to have a rash, don’t exclaim about rashes. If you don’t want to be itchy, don’t exclaim about being itchy. When there is a war, it could be the furthest thing from your thoughts, yet someone is desiring war, and you happen to be standing where the war erupts.

The Post-Capitalist Society is Already Emerging in Denmark

Capitalism

Alex Pietrowski, Contributor
Waking Times

Similar to the end of feudalism hundreds of years ago, is capitalism to be replaced by a new type of social infrastructure and an emergence of a new kind of human being? Many believe that the much-needed shift has already started, as the message that capitalism is not working becomes louder and clearer. The system of monopolies, industrial giants, banks and governments has been so focused on privatization and commercialism that it has resulted in scarcity and inequality, lacking the vision of true freedom and abundance for all.

As the era of capitalism forges on, people are starting to realize the extent of its failures. Capitalism has been deficient in ensuring that basic human necessities are available to all, and has driven many people and even nations into financial ruin, enslaved by their jobs or by their creditors.

Triple Water Astrology – The Critical Degree! Weekly Horoscope – Week Starting Friday, November 20, 2015

Please like my page at http://www.facebook.com/triplewaterastrology!

Mercury precedes Sun in entering the Sagittarius sign this week. Of great interest, Mercury and Jupiter start forming a mutual reception (reside in each other’s signs) on November 20, and both planets are relatively weak by sign. While compensating for the two planets manifesting in signs far from their homes requires extra consideration, rich opportunities present themselves for using themes generated by Mercury and Jupiter: “uplifting communication”, “expanding commerce through networking”, and “abundance through using logic” are several possibilities with Mercury and Jupiter playing ping-pong back and forth this week. Sun makes a grand entrance into Jupiter’s sign on November 22. The depth, intensity, and transformation of the previous sign, Scorpio, serves as a valuable experience for embracing the higher ideals and journeys of the expansive Jupiter.

You must have heard about William Randolph Hearst, the great newspaper tycoon. He is an example. He tried through power and wealth to build a wall between himself and the human condition. A fairyland world was constructed on his orders where the mention of death was prohibited, and everything was arranged to create the illusion that life would never end. Hearst, in his later years, showed himself to be a weakling and a fool - naturally, because he avoided life to avoid death. He remained stupid.

You will remain stupid if you avoid the real human situation. Whatsoever it contains, whatsoever is implied in it, has to be encountered, has to be lived through. That is the only way to go beyond it.

Given the human reality, the only alternative to courage is a flight from reality. That's how escapism arises. Millions of people have been escaping to the monasteries, to the Himalayas, to the caves.

Why? - to avoid life so that they can avoid death. Millions of people have been searching for immortality, hoping that there must be some way to become immortals.

Objectivity, Subjectivity and the Nature of Matter

Julian Rose, Contributor
Waking Times

It has become all the rage of late to state that solidity is an illusion, a chimera of the mind. Whereas the ethereal is actual, an energetic mass invisible to the human eye, but discernible via intuitive sensibility and higher spiritual discipline.

It is said, following this theme, that the act of seeing is the act of creating. That we ‘bring into existence’ what we observe – and that it was not there before we observed it.

This makes for a lively discussion, but only if you can first create the being you are conversing with. If not, well, I guess he doesn’t exist, poor chap.

Maybe we are tired of our third density state of existence. Maybe we need to dissolve it back into the whizzing atoms and molecules of which it is composed – and ourselves along with it. Maybe the ‘solid thing’ is no longer attractive to us; taken for granted for so long – has it lost its mystery?

Daily Message ~ Thursday November 19, 2015

Any time you feel out of balance, we recommend simply imagining a beautiful beam of light that shines down from the heavens, right over you like a spotlight and continues down into the earth. This is very effective because not only does it bathe you in the energies of alignment, it helps your planet, as well, by anchoring the energies of heaven on earth. It is a simple and beautiful support that is available to you whenever you need it. ~Archangel Gabriel

Processed Meats Join Tobacco and Asbestos as Top Cancer Risks

Alex Pietrowski, Staff Writer
Waking Times

Cancer is on the rise, and at a staggering rate. In the United States alone, the American Cancer Society estimates that in 2015 there will be more than 1.5 million new cancer cases. The same organization estimates that 1 in 3 women and 1 in every 2 men are at a risk of developing cancer at some point in their lives.

Sadly, we continue to discover that diet and food are likely culprits in the rise of cancer.

In October 2015, a team of 22 scientists from ten countries gathered at the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), which is part of the World Health Organization (WHO), to evaluate the carcinogenicity of the consumption of processed and red meats. Following their evaluation, the Agency placed consuming processed meat, such as bacon, sausage, hot dogs and bologna, into the same category of cancer causing activities (Group 1) as tobacco smoking and asbestos exposure. Red meat was categorized in the same group as inorganic lead (Group 2A). The full list of compounds and activities with suspected, probable or certain links to cancer can be found here.

4 Video Clips That Will Completely Change The Way You Look At The World

I’m sorry, but I don’t want to be an emperor. That’s not my business. I don’t want to rule or conquer anyone. I should like to help everyone – if possible – Jew, Gentile – black man – white. We all want to help one another. Human beings are like that. We want to live by each other’s happiness – not by each other’s misery. We don’t want to hate and despise one another. In this world there is room for everyone. And the good earth is rich and can provide for everyone. The way of life can be free and beautiful, but we have lost the way.

Greed has poisoned men’s souls, has barricaded the world with hate, has goose-stepped us into misery and bloodshed. We have developed speed, but we have shut ourselves in. Machinery that gives abundance has left us in want. Our knowledge has made us cynical. Our cleverness, hard and unkind. We think too much and feel too little. More than machinery we need humanity. More than cleverness we need kindness and gentleness. Without these qualities, life will be violent and all will be lost….

Loving The Skin You’re In – Steps You Can Take To Improve Your Body Image

If you’ve ever glanced at magazine covers, watched entertainment programs, or even browsed the Internet recently, you’ve probably noticed that being thin is prized above all other body types. Media tells us that being skinny is the key to achieving all your goals and making your dreams come true, from landing that perfect job, to snagging your ideal romantic partner, to looking your best in the most stylish clothes. It’s a destructive cycle of illusion which can easily break down those who don’t fit into the impossibly skinny box. What happens when pop culture leads you to believe that you need to be thin in order to have everything you want, yet your body shape stubbornly refuses to conform to this ideal?

For some, being able to stay positive and have a good body image is a near impossible task – yet it can go a long way towards boosting self-esteem and helping one feel good about the body they’ve got, even if it’s not model-perfect (due to Photoshop and other photo altering techniques, most models aren’t even “model perfect”). Let’s examine why you need to start appreciating your body and outline some actionable ways you can go about achieving a better body image.

Facing The Big Questions: From Investment Banker To Spiritual Seeker

Source: www.collectivelyconscious.net | Original Post Date: November 19, 2015 –

There are those questions: “Who am I?” “What should I do with my life?” “How do I be happy?”

You feel a certain way about these questions, I’m sure. They feel heavy, obstructive. What’s to be done with them? Consciously or not, most of us figure it’s best just to ignore them, and hope they don’t really matter. That’s certainly how I lived, until one day I slowed down, stopped, and sat with them.

I was raised by an uber-practical, atheist mother and a father convinced that science was the be-all and end-all of human existence. I was encouraged to think for myself, and to challenge authority (a little), as long as I still got a good job that paid well. Like many American families today, words like “spiritual” never made an appearance over the dinner table, and we so rarely spoke of our love for each other. I remember having some faint inkling that there was something not being said, and that that “something” was everything.

Virginia Becomes The First US State To End Veteran Homelessness

By streamlining resources, Virginia has been able to house 1,432 veterans since October 2014.

While Connecticut was the first state to end chronic veteran homelessness, Virginia is officially now the first US state to end all veteran homelessness, a monumental achievement, indeed.

As of Wednesday, the state of Virginia has officially ended chronic veteran homelessness, stated Governor Terry McAuliffe. According to the Huffington Post, the milestone declaration means that every veteran in the state has housing, except for those who were offered shelter, but declined.

The state press release shares that by streamlining resources and having the Department of Veterans Affairs, public housing groups, local utility companies and other key partners collaborate on the conundrum, Virginia has been able to house 1,432 veterans since October 2014.

The state will need to maintain its status, but Virginia has plans to secure a home for a veteran within 90 days upon finding out that they are homeless. The state will also have more homes readily available than the number of veterans without shelter to prevent the issue from presenting itself again.

To Break Big Pharma's Stranglehold, Doctors Vote for Ban on Drug Ads

In an attempt to combat the soaring cost of prescription drugs and Big Pharma's stranglehold on the U.S. healthcare system, the American Medical Association (AMA) has approved a new policy to "support a ban on direct-to-consumer advertising for prescription drugs and implantable medical devices."

"Today's vote in support of an advertising ban reflects concerns among physicians about the negative impact of commercially-driven promotions, and the role that marketing costs play in fueling escalating drug prices," said AMA board chair-elect Patrice Harris, M.D., in a press statement on Tuesday. The vote took place at the AMA's 2015 Interim Meeting in Atlanta.

Supporters of the ban also cited concerns including patient confusion and encouragement of off-label, or unapproved, use of certain drugs.
