NASA has successfully tested a new space drive that doesn’t use a propellant and shouldn’t work, at least according to the laws of physics, according to a story that broke in Wired.UK. The drive, called the Cannae Drive, worked in the NASA directed test, defying physics.

The Cannae Drive is based on the work of Roger Shawyer, a British scientist, who conceived what’s called the EMDrive. It works by bouncing microwaves in an enclosed chamber, thus creating thrust. Shawyer was never able to get anyone interested in his device, despite numerous demonstrations. His critics simply rejected the device entirely, pointing out that it violates the conservation of motion.

The Chinese quietly tested their own version of the EMDrive at up to 72 grams of thrust, which is enough to be a satellite thruster. This device has not yet been reported on in too many places and few believed it to be possible.

Consumer oriented mindset always pushes us for external solutions to our problems in life, especially when it concerns our health. Most people are still searching outside for “panacea”, “fountain of youth” or a “magic pill”. Everyone wants to be free from the constraints that problems with health can create. As transiting Sun makes his way towards the end of Pisces this week, Mercury enters Pisces and becomes greatly influenced by Neptune, in Neptune’s sign and conjunct to the titan who rules Pisces. Inspirational thought, nebulous communication, fuzzy logic, and using creativity to adapt are pertinent themes relating to Mercury-Neptune this week. Also, Mars in his home sign, Aries, acts with Uranus with the two conjunct. Electricity meets fire! Impulsive actions, sudden bursts of energy, innovative drive, and fiery revolution in the air this week contrast with the watery mix of Mercury and Neptune in the previous sign. Speaking of air, much of the week lacks the air element in the signs, with the quick Moon representing the only planet in an air sign for a few days. Thinking, socializing, and communicating are always relevant, however, and Vesta’s dedication, Zeus’ immediate presence and focused energy, and the forward-looking North Node in air signs help balance the strong influence of the watery and fiery nature of the planetary manifestations this week.

1. WATCH YOUR THOUGHTS

The practice of change begins by watching thoughts as they arise and begin understanding and befriending the landscape of the mind.  People live many years of their lives not knowing their own thoughts.  For this reason, thoughts run rampant and can run the show.  After many years of letting thoughts tread their paths through the mind, it becomes nearly impossible to stop them.  It is then that medications are often needed to stop the thoughts that fuel the deleterious emotions.  Rather than letting it go that far, we begin to gain some control over the thoughts ourselves.  We watch them.  We listen to them.  We become aware of this level of life that has been ignored for so long.

HJ: You are constantly manifesting whether you are aware of it or not.  However, by becoming consciously aware of that fact and the mechanics behind it, you can begin to take control of it.  That is the key to manifesting — understanding the mechanics — how it works,  so that you can bring your life in alignment with the principles upon which it is based.  Then you become the conscious co-creator of your life and design it as you see fit.
