Because of conclusions that the world puts together and perpetrates upon others, parts of life considered less valuable for silly reasons like physical appearance or family status.
 
Because of how you relate to the physical world and the existence of your body, your guard is up, and your heart goes down, and cruelty became established. Laws helpful to some and not to others were made.
 
Instead of loving all the wonders of the physical world and the Beings who make up the world, you feared life for its very temporariness. Individuals tried to make their temporariness permanent. Some elevated themselves by pushing others down.

It seems that dogs understand much more than we think. According to a new study, dogs don’t simply respond to what we say, but they also pay attention to the way we say something. The most curious thing about this finding is that humans process speech in an extremely similar way.

In the process of listening, the human brain responds to a number of elements apart from the spoken words. These elements include different auditory and visual stimuli, such as emotional tone and certain information about the speaker – gender, age, identity, etc. The human brain is capable of perceiving these stimuli thanks to distinguishing and processing separately various components of human speech.

During your holiday season, the focus is on peace, love and caring for your fellow man. There are three things to remember when resolving any issue:

1. Forgiveness: Allow others to do as they choose. This does not mean that you allow others to continually harm you or others, for you would do well to remove yourself from the presence of these persons. However, it does mean that you realize they are operating from their set of belief codes. You do not have to adhere to their beliefs. Thus, if they say or do things that are unkind, you do not have to believe their words or participate in their actions. Many of you have been injured physically and emotionally by these persons, but you have within you the ability to heal these wounds, forgive the other and move forward in your life.

2. Know that you have within you the power to choose the experiences you wish to have. You cannot undo the past, but in this moment, the thoughts, words and actions you express are creating your future. Be mindful of all you say and do, choosing only those things that lead to the life you desire.

3. Make heart-to-heart connections with every person you meet, especially with your adversaries. This can be done visually when you are in the presence of the other or this can be accomplished remotely with those who are not in your presence.

Instinctively using communication to build enduring structures, using ideas persistently to fill emotional needs, and focusing on gathering practical information to meet security needs are all relevant themes to approach the challenges of 2016.
