On your Earth plane respect is defined as a feeling or understanding that someone or something is important, serious, etc., and should be treated in an appropriate way.
Some of you may not fully understand this because no one in your life has demonstrated, pursued it or, perhaps, you have seen it and believe it unattainable for yourself.  Remember, my dearest child, it starts within.  If you show respect to yourself, you will begin to see qualities in others that deserve it in kind.  Earn your own respect and others will begin to show you the respect you feel you deserve. ~ Creator

Unseen Opportunity Surrounds You

God said:

Opportunity flowers around you. Your life abounds with opportunity that you do not see. You may not look for it. You may avoid seeing it, so accustomed are you to receiving leftovers, nada, and, yes, what I will blatantly call neglect. I will tell you frankly that, often, and even once is too often for you to continue as you presently perceive.

You may well have not yet opened up to the idea that it is all right for you to receive your heart’s desires. You may well have instructed yourself that you are not to receive, that you are to be denied, that it is rightful for you to NOT to receive, that your rightful due is unattainment, and, one way or another, you make unattainment your reality.

Of course, if this is your case, you are a false prophet, and you perpetuate staying the same rather than moving ahead. You are so sure you are right. You are so sure you are meant to be neglected by the Universe. In this perverse way, you keep yourself a martyr of sorts. Sometimes, My children will do anything to keep things as they are.

You have fully convinced yourself that the Universe cannot and will not bless you. You have some satisfaction in struggling rather than receiving the blessings of the Universe.

I am not a salesman! I am not selling God to you! Why should I convince you? If you are thirsty you will come to the river. The river does not bother, the river is not in any need of convincing you, that "I am water and I can quench your thirst." If you are thirsty you will try. You will have to try; there is no other way.

But the problem always arises because we hear others, we don't feel any passion arising in our own being. Our passion is borrowed, superficial. And a man who has no passion for truth of his own is not yet man. He is still part of the animal world, he is still living unconsciously. At least something - just even a small thirst will do - but you will have to bring a thirst of your own.

The War On Terror Has Created 6500% More Terrorism

Between 2007 and 2011, almost half the world’s terror attacks took place in Iraq and Afghanistan — two countries under active occupation by the United States.

An analysis of terror attacks since 2002 suggests U.S. efforts to combat terrorism — i.e., the “war on terror” — have led to a dramatic increase in death and suffering from terrorism.

Published this year on Sept. 11, Paul Gottinger, a staff reporter for Reader Supported News, analyzed incidents of terrorism from George Bush declaring the war on terror in the aftermath of 9/11 through the present, and found a staggering 6,500 percent increase in terrorism. Gottinger, who used data provided by the State Department in his analysis, found that casualties have increased by 4,500 percent.

Today we would like to celebrate YOU! How often do you take time to be grateful for the person you are? If you would do this more often (every moment), your life would be much grander! We begin by saying, “Thank you!” Without your experiences on Earth, our lives would not be as enriched. By having the privilege of working with you, our lives are filled with joy.

Take time now to thank yourself. Know that every thought, word and action you have ever participated in has spread throughout the universe. Even those things you judge to be bad are not considered negative by us. When people do things that are “bad,” they allow others to make a choice in how they will respond. There would not be an opportunity for such if no one played the role of bad guy. Just like in the movies, the bad guy is an actor. It is not the actor being bad, he is just playing a role. Although from your perspective the “bad” may feel painful and horrible, from our broader perspective, we know you are playing temporary roles.

This Is How Music Is Indeed A Universal Language

In the 19th century, American poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow called music “the universal language of mankind.” He had no idea how right he was – a recent study concluded that music can have a similar effect on people from completely different cultures. 

Researchers from two Canadian universities, McGill University and University of Montreal, together with scientists from Technische Universität Berlin, traveled to the depths of the rainforests in central Africa to play certain musical compositions to 40 Mbenzélé Pygmies, an isolated tribe in the Congo, and study their emotional and physiological responses. The results were compared with the responses of 40 Montreal residents to the same melodies and it was found that the music caused similar feelings in both groups.
