God said:

I have heard you say that you feel subtle resistance to Me. You feel you have come so close, yet you are still beyond the veil. Or, perhaps, you have felt always quite staunch resistance to Me rather than subtle resistance.

In either case, the last thread of your resistance has to go. It may be a thin thread, or it may be a thick thread. Nevertheless, just one more thread to go.

How can anyone be away from Me to the slightest degree? It is unthinkable. No matter how adamantly anyone is away from Me, it can only be by a thread of perception. The biggest resisters of God want Me so much. They really say:

“For Heaven’s sake, let me know You, God. Show me that You are here, and then I will admit You to my heart. I crave You most of all. I cannot bear any more disappointment in my life. I storm, hoping you will show Yourself to me and prove me wrong in my disbelief. I will be your greatest Supporter when You present Yourself to me and rise in my heart. Show me without doubt that You ARE. Then I can unqualifiedly be a Believer in You. This is what I want. Something in me has to insist that I not be mistaken. Is it You, God, in me that insists that You Yourself come forth?”

Do you feel overwhelmed, stressed out or anxious ever? It’s pretty common in our society today and more and more people are prescribed medication to try to relieve these symptoms. Whether it be from common social conditions or even due to the massive surge of spiritual awakenings. Knowing how to soothe yourself is essential to re balancing.

Personally, I can’t count the amount of times during mine own spiritual awakening, where people told me I needed to get grounded. After much contemplation, I asked myself “how does one ground themselves?”

While the obvious answer is to implore a root chakra meditation, there are a few other ways to easily ground yourself, that will also leave you feeling great!

1. Get Creative

Overthinking can be one of the most mind-numbing things one can do to themselves. Searching for answers and only coming up with more questions and creating new imaginary problems that never really existed.

When you overthink yourself to death, you worry about things that don’t even really matter to begin with, yet we cannot keep our minds occupied enough with something else to actually let our brains simmer down a little bit and think rationally instead of negatively.

The next time you’re thrown into a spiral of deep thought, keep these six reminders in your brain on how to help prevent overthinking yourself to death.

Take a deep breath

Sometimes you must calm yourself by taking deep breaths, slowing your train of thought down, and set your brain in the right direction that isn’t going to make you self destruct.

A new study led by NASA's glaciologists Jay Zwally, says that an increase in Antarctic snow accumulation that began 10 000 years ago is currently adding enough ice to the continent to outweigh the increased losses from its thinning glaciers. The research challenges the conclusions of other studies, including the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s (IPCC) 2013 report, which says that Antarctica is overall losing land ice.

While Zwally confirms the new study is essentially in agreement with other studies that show an increase in ice discharge in the Antarctic Peninsula and the Thwaites and Pine Island region of West Antarctica, he points out that their main disagreement is for East Antarctica and the interior of West Antarctica. "There, we see an ice gain that exceeds the losses in the other areas,” Zwally said and added that his team “measured small height changes over large areas, as well as the large changes observed over smaller areas.”
