Mysticism is the experience that life is not logic, that life is poetry; that life is not syllogism, that life is a song. Mysticism is the declaration that life can never really be known; it is essentially unknowable.

Science divides existence into two categories: the known and the unknown. The known was unknown one day; it has become known. The unknown is unknown today; tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow, it will also become known. Science believes that sooner or later a point of understanding will arrive when there will be only one category: the known, all will have been known. The unknown is slowly being reduced to the known.

Mysticism is the declaration that life consists of three categories: one, the known; another, the unknown; and the third, and the most important, is the unknowable - which has not been known and which will never be known. And that is the essential core of it all.

That unknowable can be experienced but not known. It cannot be reduced to knowledge, although your heart can sing its song. You can dance it, you can live it, you can be full and overflowing with it - you can be possessed by it - but you will not be able to know it.

SCIENTIFIC PROOF! Our DNA Is Changing!

SCIENTIFIC PROOF! Our DNA Is Changing!

by Gregg Prescott, M.S.
Editor, In5D.com

Imagine being able to activate your dormant, “junk” DNA?  In recent news, scientists and geneticists have discovered three and four strand DNA in human cells while some geneticists believe we may soon evolve to a 12 strand DNA.

To those who may dismiss this theory, and article entitled, “Spontaneous Evolution Has Arrived!“, a child was recently born with a 3 strand DNA in England.

Brave toddler Alfie Clamp stuns doctors after being born with extra strand of DNA

A British toddler has become the first person in the world to be born with an extra strand in his DNA, in a condition so rare doctors don’t even know its name.

7 Ways To Overcome Fear and Live Your Dreams

Anais Nin once wrote, “Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage”.

If you’re longing to expand your life by going after your dreams, here are 7 ways to overcome fear which may be keeping you stuck.

1. Shine the light on your fear.

Pinpoint the fear that’s plaguing you the most — about your body, finances, love life, career, dreams or yourself — and hold it up to the light of your awareness.

Ask yourself honestly: Is this thought really true? Can I know for sure? Is there another way of looking at this? What would the highest version of me say about this?

Remember, the word thought is not synonymous with the word truth. Your thoughts are not necessarily true or important and you don’t have to take them so seriously.

Think of them like passing clouds in the sky — they come and they go. Your true self is the ever-present observer who watches your fear-based thoughts as they pass by.

Climbing Out

It is interesting to observe your humanness. Some of you proclaim the want and need for change, however, you will continue to sit where you are….never moving, never changing and never making any forward movement to elevate yourself. The Universe strives to fulfill any wish, dream or desire, but it does require some effort on your part.
If you do not know where to begin, start with your thoughts and words. Metaphorically speaking; you cannot become clean while sitting in a mud hole. It is up to you to think one good thought, say one good thing a day to ‘get the ball rolling’. My beautiful child, I am waiting! When would you like to start? ~ Creator

India sues Nestle for nearly $100m over lead in noodles

India's government is seeking damages of nearly $100m from Nestle India for "unfair trade practices" after the food safety regulator banned its hugely popular Maggi noodles brand in June for containing unsafe levels of lead.

The government said on Wednesday that it has filed a suit with the country's top consumer court, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), for 6,400 million rupees ($98.6m) in damages from the Indian arm of the Swiss food giant.

"Our complaint is over their unfair trade practices and the court will now issue them notices to hear their response," G Gurcharan, additional secretary at the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, told AFP news agency.

In April, laboratory tests ordered by some state governments found the noodles contained far higher levels of lead than legally allowed. The tests also detected the flavour enhancer chemical monosodium glutamate, or MSG, which is not mentioned in the product's list of ingredients.

Study: Psilocybin Mushrooms Stimulate Growth Of New Brain Cells

Source: www.reset.me | Original Post Date: May 28, 2015 –

Psychedelic mushrooms already have a reputation for helping people open their minds and broaden their perspective on the world. They have shown an ability to combat mental disorders like depression and anxiety. Now, research is showing that the magic mushrooms can actually help physically rebuild a damaged brain.

In a study conducted by the University of South Florida and published in 2013 in theExperimental Brain Research journal, researchers measured the effects of mushrooms on mice that had been conditioned to fear certain stimuli.

The results were striking: Not only could psilocybin, the main active ingredient in psychedelic mushrooms, help them get over their fear, it promoted cell growth and regeneration in their brains.

A homeless shelter in Atlanta decided that their residents desperately needed access to healthy food—but instead of sourcing out, encouraged residents to grow their own.

Organic vegetables and community gardens are typically associated with well-meaning, tote bag-carrying, volunteer at the Coop (and never miss a shift) types. But good, local, nutritious food shouldn’t be expensive, and shouldn’t only be enjoyed by people who can afford it. A homeless shelter in Atlanta decided that their residents desperately needed access to healthy food—but instead of sourcing out, encouraged residents to grow their own. Now, the shelter is home to a huge rooftop garden planted by the residents themselves, which is expected to yield hundreds of pounds of great quality greens.

Daily Message ~ Wednesday August 12, 2015

When you allow yourself to move into openness to new possibilities, the universe has a myriad of new ways to show up for you. It is you, through your openness, your acceptance, and your allowing, that makes this possible.

When you are always focused on the same routine, or what is unwanted, it is extremely difficult to create new circumstances for yourself. This is why falling into what you call a rut will eventually become very uncomfortable – your soul is always looking for ways to expand and experience, and when things become too uncomfortable, you will open yourself up to change. Again, you do not need to experience discomfort to facilitate change. You can willingly cooperate with the universe through your acceptance and allowing, surrender and flow.

So just be open, Dear Ones. Again we say, allow the universe to serve and delight you, because there are so many wonders beyond what you could imagine that are simply waiting for your permission to come into your existence. ~Archangel Gabriel

5 Tips To Help You Recover From Perfectionism

By Lissa Rankin MD
Guest Writer for Wake Up World

Perfectionism can be a real joy killer. If I had been too afraid to appear imperfect, I might have stayed in two unhappy marriages or kept a job that was sucking the life out of me.

Perfectionism can also be a barrier to intimacy, as well as a potent form of self-sabotage. If I had been committed to trying to give a perfect performance in front of a live studio audience, for example, I might have missed the chance to giggle and connect with the audience the way I did when I flubbed up my words and exposed my imperfections. They might have wrongly assumed that I had it all together, when the honest truth was that I was terrified to be doing something so far outside of my comfort zone.

But, as soon as I let go of the expectation of perfection in myself, my whole body relaxed. I could be imperfect! And I would still be good enough…

3 Things That Prevent You From Living in The Present Moment

“Realize deeply that the present moment is all you ever have. Make the Now the primary focus of your life.” ~Eckhart Tolle

Many of us are focused too much on the past or the future, forgetting to be focused on the present moment–the only moment that ever was, is, and will be–thus not being able to savor every moment life brings us on our way and enjoy life to the fullest. Here are the three main things that prevent you from living in the present moment and making the most out of your life:

1. Attachment to past failures.

One of the main things that keep you from living in the here and now is your attachment to your past, and in particular to your past choices, mistakes and failures....

The Many Medicinal Properties of Food

Dr. Mercola
Waking Times

Your lifestyle can be generally healing and supportive of good health, or the root of disease. Exercise, for example, has been shown to be as effective as modern drugs for heart disease and diabetes.

Likewise, food has tremendous healing potential, and can rightfully be viewed and approached as “medicine.”

In some cases, specific food items can help speed healing of an acute health problem, such as a bout of cold or flu. In other cases, the effect is more long-term and preventive in nature.

Either way, keeping your kitchen stocked with REAL foods, i.e. unprocessed, whole, and non-GMO (ideally organic and locally grown) is a wise move if you seek to optimize your health and quality of life.

Here, I’ll review and summarize a few of my “medicinal superfood” favorites.

Why Empathy Matters

Empathy (1)Zen Gardner, Guest
Waking Times

It’s not easy to stay sensitive in such a cruel, desensitized world but it’s imperative we do. That’s the beauty of empathic souls; they have open and loving hearts, even if it hurts, which is why each of us needs to generate and receive so much love and encouragement.

Loving empathy is its own reward, even if we’re not showered directly with supporting human love as much as we’d prefer. The spiritual is supreme. Connection to Source is our unfailing infinite supply line of everything we need. But I agree, it’s sure nice when that consciousness is manifest in another human being and can be shared between us.

That’s the nature of true interpersonal love, and we need to shower it upon each other.

Service to the Universe

God said:

Beloveds, when the world is too much with you and the thought of work lowers your vibration, then think of another word for work. When the word work - which is, after all a thought – makes your heart sink, then find a happier word for work. How you feel about your life is based upon your thoughts.

Then call work play. Call it joy. Call it focus. Call it an expression of love for your family. Call it a blessing. Call work your service to the world. Call work your service to Me, and make the journey light.

If you liked going to school, think of work as a school you go to. That will take some of the weight off you.

If you didn’t like school, call your place of employment your after-school activities. It is, isn’t it, now that you are no longer in school?

Call work an opportunity. Call it a saving grace. Work is, after all, a saving grace. It keeps you occupied. You may desire days with nothing you have to do. In reality, you don’t want a forecast of nothing to do. Being without something you are responsible for may make you aimless or indulgent. Nothing to do may make little things big. With nothing you have to do for any length of time, you grasp at straws. Embedded in nothing to do definitely gives you more time to think about yourself. This is not always a favor. Focus is good. Better to employ yourself with work and fill up your days than wonder what to do with illusive time.

Mahavira had no proof, Bahaudin had no proof, Jesus had no proof, Buddha had no proof. They were proofs themselves. Those who have eyes will be able to see and those who have ears will be able to hear and those who have hearts will be able to feel. But the human mind has fallen into great stupidity. Humanity is living by words. Words have become too important. The word "fire" has become more important than fire itself. The word "God" has become more important than God itself.

And remember, the word "God" is not God and the word "love" is not love.

Don't be deceived by words, beware of words. You can be lost in the jungle of words and you will be going farther and farther away from truth.

Truth is a wordless experience. Truth happens only when there is no thought in you, when all words have disappeared and all the dust is gone from the mirror, when the mirror is simply mirroring - and mirroring nothing. No reflection is made, no wave arises in the lake of your consciousness. Then all is reflected, then you know what is - not only that you know who you are, you know what this whole existence is. Knowing oneself, one knows the whole.

China to Build World’s First Amethyst Crystal Hotel

While physical aestheticism is a rather vital element when it comes to designing a building to permanently insert into a skyline, it is merely one of the ways in which architecture can be beautiful.

A project from NL Architects’ that is proposed for the man-made island Ocean Flower, Hainan, China is a rather profound embodiment of such notions of beauty. If built, it would be the world’s first Amethyst Crystal Hotel.

As with most things, buildings are reflections of their makers. It is human nature to be drawn to that which is beautiful, and yes, beauty definitely resides in the eye of the beholder, but what is truly beautiful about a person, or in this case, a building, is what lies beneath the surface.
