To be and to do nothing else

What you should do is the following: allow the deeper dimensions of Alertness surface in you, so that you are able to recognize yourself as the eternal light of Consciousness. Then all effort, desire and want of your Ego vanish, you give up the efforts to control things around you
This is a perfectly relaxed moment, your submission to the moment, the Now. This is the easiest thing in the world, it does not require any effort and concentration, as this is the natural state of your existence. To be and to do nothing else.
But you are still in the moment of waking up, living in the world of rock hard forms and shapes. You feel that these words are true. But this is still not your personal experience, so it is worthless, or even dangerous for you, as you are only able to interpret them with your mind." /Frank M. Wanderer/

Loving Ways to Deal With Toxic Behavior

Loving Ways to Deal With Toxic Behavior

Toxic behavior can zap your positive energy and leave you feeling heartbroken, stressed, angry, drained and even unwell. Knowing how to deal with toxic encounters is the key to peace of mind, good health and happiness. This involves using your heart and soul instead of your head and ego to resolve your emotional injuries.

We all live in glass houses

No one is perfect. We all make mistakes. Everyone gets hurt, and hurts others. Knowing that means we all should understand when someone says or does something that hurts us. Unfortunately the ego doesn’t agree. It’s so busy judging others it has no capacity for love. The ego insists on being right, not happy. When your ego is engaged, you play the blame game, and no one wins.

Suggestion: The key to happiness and emotional freedom is knowing how not to take things personally. Instead of trying to resolve the issue with your brain and its companion the ego, try seeing through the eyes of your soul. This higher perspective will help to reframe the situation in a loving, compassionate light.

You Imagine A Whole World Around Yourself

(source)

"I believe that you do not only sleep at night, but also at daytime. I believe that in your present state of consciousness your greatest illusion is that you think that you are awake. What I see is that in your present state of consciousness you are asleep, and at present you are dreaming, and what you see and hear are all parts of your dream.

Your nighttime sleep is only different from your daytime sleep in that in the night your dreams are less active. During the day you imagine a whole world around you, and you play an active role in that dream. Your personal history takes place in that world, and identifying with that world shapes your personal identity.

At present you are dreaming that, as a part of your personal history, you are reading these lines while you identify with the role of the spiritual Seeker, and you are outraged by what you are actually reading.

Amazing Reincarnation Story Featured In Mainstream Media

TODAY / Jake Whitman

“His stories were so detailed and they were so extensive, that it just wasn’t like a child could have made it up,” she said.

Cyndi said she was raised Baptist and had never really thought about reincarnation. So she decided to keep her son’s “memories” a secret— even from her own husband.

Privately, she checked out books about Hollywood from the local library, hoping something inside would help her son make sense of his strange memories and help her son cope with his sometimes troubling “memories.”

“Then we found the picture, and it changed everything,” she said.

That photo, in one of the books from the library, was a publicity shot from the 1932 movie “Night After Night,” starring Mae West in her film debut.

“She turns to the page in the book, and I say ‘that’s me, that’s who I was,’ Ryan remembers.

Your Spiritual Evolution Is Calling You

by Veronica Lee

Just when we think we have an area of our lives dialed in, some spiritual guru will remind us, “the only constant is change.” Even if our ducks aren’t exactly in a row, the thought of change will often ruffle our mama-duck feathers as we worry about a whole host of “what if’s.” Our steadfast egos like constant constant, not constant change!

But, alas, we are ever-evolving, ever-shifting; physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. The transformations may be great or miniscule, but they are always there moving us along our journey of life.

As humans, there are times when our changes are so great that we clearly identify and acknowledge them. Physically speaking, our major transitions are the touchpoints of our development. Everything you want to know about such as What to Expect When You’re Expecting,, Your Growing Child, Adolescent Development, and Aging Well can be answered in a multitude of books.

Kinship With All Creatures of the Earth, Sky, and Water

Galactic Free Press's picture

From Wakan Tanka, the Great Spirit, there came a great unifying life force that flowed in and through all things - the flowers of the plains, blowing winds, rocks, trees, birds, animals - and was the same force that had been breathed into the first man. Thus all things were kindred, and were brought together by the same Great Mystery.

Kinship with all creatures of the earth, sky, and water was a real and active principle. In the animal and bird world there existed a brotherly feeling that kept the Lakota safe among them. And so close did some of the Lakotas come to their feathered and furred friends that in true brotherhood they spoke a common tongue.

The animals had rights - the right of a man's protection, the right to live, the right to multiply, the right to freedom, and the right to man's indebtedness - and in recognition of these rights the Lakota never enslaved an animal, and spared all life that was not needed for food and clothing.

This concept of life and its relations with humanizing, and gave to the Lakota an abiding love. It filled his being with joy and mystery of living; it gave him reverence for all life; it made a place for all things in the scheme of existence with equal importance to all.

The Lakota could not despise no creature, for all were of one blood, made by the same hand, and filled with the essence of the Great Mystery. In spirit, the Lakota were humble and meek. "Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth" - this was true for the Lakota, and from the earth they inherited secrets long since forgotten. Their religion was sane, natural, and human.

This Is What Happens When You Live In Your Heart

This Is What Happens When You Live In Your Heart in5d

by Gregg Prescott, M.S.
Editor, In5D.com

Recent research has indicated that the human heart has its own brain, called neural intelligence.  The energy signals that are transmitted from the heart to the brain is called coherence which, depending on how we feel, can affect us in either a positive or negative manner.  For example, if you feel bliss, then your brain sends a signal that changes the chemistry and is reflected in the rest of your body.  Conversely, fear will do the same in a negative manner.  This is why you should avoid watching anything fear based, including horror movies and anything on the main stream media, especially the nightly news.

Research has also validated that the heart is the first organ that forms in our bodies and plays an important role in regulating our body chemistry.

Longing for Freedom

"In this separate state of consciousness, the lack of Alertness may appear as a desire for freedom. This desire emerges from your real self, as your mind remembers its origins. This atavistic memory of the ancient past is the quiet attraction that will eventually take you back to Silence.

This deep desire will only cease if you become alert again, that is, you will not be awake but also Alert. Then the Consciousness awakens to its own existence in the human form you at present call yourself.

Only giving up the struggle with the thoughts and emotions and the recognition of the futility of insisting on them will bring you the real freedom, the freedom of independence of the functions of the mind.

Alertness, the awakened Consciousness, the world of internal silence are all beyond the functions of the mind."   Frank M. Wanderer

The Secret of Silence

by Frank M. Wanderer Ph.D

The mystery of silence becomes interesting for us when we become spiritual seekers. From that time on, we start looking for the essence of life, we wish to find an answer to the question:

Who am I, and what is my mission on this Earth?”

We first look for the answer in the external world. We try to find an idea, an ideology and we identify with it in order to look for the answers to the questions that preoccupy us and cause that tormenting sense of want that spurred us to embark on a quest for answers.

After a lot of futile efforts we realize that no idea, ideology, teacher or master is able to provide us a satisfactory answer to those questions. We then turn inward, and start looking for the answers in ourselves.

Turning inwards requires quiet and tranquility from us, so silence becomes important for us from that time on. We find a quiet corner for ourselves where we are able to think and meditate without being disturbed. We leave behind civilization, go to the mountains, nature or the loneliness of a monastery.
