Depending on which source of alternative media you may have come across over the past few months, increasing in crescendo the past few days, the world was supposed to end the other day (again), or we are about to ascend as a planet into a whole new level of consciousness tomorrow during the Lunar Eclipse, after which the New Earth 'officially' begins. Wow 'officially'! Wow, tomorrow!

I'm the first to love, and talk about, a good old heightened, even pivotal moment in this progressive, constant, evolutionary journey we are all on. There is no doubt whatsoever that any and every astrological alignment and solar flare adds power to the waves of consciousness that are pouring onto this planet right now - waves that are only going to increase in strength for the forseeable future.

What has my bee in a bonnet are these 'this is THE date' predictions, either foretelling the official 'end of the world' or official 'beginning of the world.' They trigger false fear and false hope, and then when those dates pass a lot of people are left feeling deflated, or justified in their 'told ya so'. What an excellent strategy to make people give up on feeling anything is ever going to change. What an excellent tactic to make people feel that all this talk of energy is a load of crap.

Sex is one of the most common ways we feel deep euphoric bliss in our lives. It creates a feeling of pleasure, liberation and euphoric release, releasing bio-energy within our body. Of course, sex can also cause a lot of problems in our lives. HJ: You are an aspect of the divine and the divine can never transgress. Therefore to feel guilt and shame is only a misperception of what is. Even our darkest moments hold great wisdom for ourselves and others. So let go and remerge into the pure love that you are.

How To Heal Your Guilt And Shame

A woman in one of my groups shared her experience of overwhelming guilt and shame. Four years ago, she rescued a puppy that had deep fears, probably because of abuse. Several months later, it began lunging at people on the street and actually nipped a woman. After extensive training, the dog has come a long way and has not exhibited this kind of behavior for quite some time. While my friend was out of town recently, the dog was being cared for by a neighbor and during a walk, it nipped an eight year old boy in the neighborhood. After learning of the incident, my friend felt so deflated and her storyteller kept saying over and over, “I should have done more training. I should have been more responsible. I should have been a better dog parent.” It did not take long for the guilty feelings to become shameful feelings, in essence, “I don’t deserve to have a dog. I am a bad person.”

That you judge another is another way to say that you condemn. You can only condemn when you feel superior. All this is another way to say that you are being arrogant. You are setting yourself above another. When something comes up that you like, you are not being arrogant. You aren't seeing lack. In any case, you are welcoming someone instead of saying, “Halt.” You say, "You enter my heart."

When your child in kindergarten comes home with a painting he or she did on manilla paper or newsprint, the truth is you do love it. May it not be that your child brings home his art, and you don’t like it. Welcome and appreciate what your child brings to you.

This is how I am with you. Whatever you bring home to show Me, I love it, and I love you. I do not discard you in My heart because I would rather you would bring home something else. My heart welcomes you independent of your performance.

When your child is older and fails a test or a whole year, may your love be clear just the same. There is nothing that is more important than a heart of love. Of course, you are not happy that your child flunked something. That’s not the issue. The issue is love.

In the world, it is not easy to be the child who flunked, and, in the world, it is not easy to be the mother or father of the child who flunked. I come from a Higher World, and so do you.
