Meditation is simple. In fact, one of the most difficult things about it is that it is so simple. Most people tend to think it should be more difficult or involve more effort… and so they don’t think they’re doing it correctly, and they quit doing it.

Active meditations involve a very subtle energy, directed by the imagination. Don’t work at it too hard; play with it and have fun with it. You’ll find it’s easy to create experiences in your inner field of vision—and once you do, you start to see the results of those inner visions in the outer world. You’ll remember these inner guided voyages as vividly as you remember all the other experiences in your life.

What do your poops say about you? This may sound like a joke, but you can actually learn a lot about your health from your daily doo.

Hippocrates says that all disease begins in the gut.

SO we wanna be sure that what’s coming out of the gut looks good.

There are three main things to look for:

1. Frequency
2. Form
3. Color

It’s best to have at least one complete bowel movement a day. You should feel like your bowels have emptied rather than just partially eliminated.

Some people go 2-3 times a day. This can be because of faster metabolisms, more robust good bacteria, or the quantity of food they eat.

A star identified by the Kepler Space Telescope may harbour structures which could point to an adanced technological civilisation

A large cluster of objects in space look like something you would "expect an alien civilization to build", astronomers have said.  

Jason Wright, an astronomer from Penn State University, is set to publish a report on the “bizarre” star system suggesting the objects could be a “swarm of megastructures”, according to a new report.

"I was fascinated by how crazy it looked," Wright told The Atlantic. "Aliens should always be the very last hypothesis you consider, but this looked like something you would expect an alien civilisation to build."

The snappily named KIC 8462852 star lies just above the Milky Way between the constellations Cygnus and Lyra. It first attracted the attention of astronomers in 2009 when the Kepler Space Telescope identified it as a candidate for having orbiting Earth-like planets.

NASA's scientists have produced new maps of Jupiter from images collected by the Hubble Space Telescope. Newly composed maps are the first in a series of yearly images of the Solar System's outer planets, designed to keep track of how these giant worlds change over time.

Yearly observations of the giant outer planets of the Solar System are designed to capture a broad range of changing features, such as winds, clouds, storms and atmospheric chemistry. The collections will hopefully help current and future scientists to see how the planet's broad range of features evolve with time.

So far, the images of Jupiter collected by the Hubble Space Telescope have uncovered a rare wave located north of the planet's equator and a unique filamentary feature in the core of the Great Red Spot.

“Every time we look at Jupiter, we get tantalizing hints that something really exciting is going on,” said Amy Simon, a planetary scientist at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland. “This time is no exception.”
