While Awake, the Dreams Continue

At night, while we’re asleep, we dream. We may not remember what we have experienced in this state, but the pictures and impressions are stored in our subconscious. They are communications from our deepest selves, offering course corrections, insights, warnings, and sometimes, congratulations.

Then, there is the day, while we are awake. Are the experiences we have during our waking hours different than the dreams we have during sleep? Surprisingly, perhaps, the answer is no. These experiences are exactly the same. They offer the same kinds of spiritual communications that we get from our sleeping dreams.

How does it work? The answer is that we are living in a paradox. On one hand, waking life demands that we interact with it objectively. We cook our meals, go to work and raise our children. Simultaneously, these same life experiences offer us an overlay of metaphors that are nothing more than dream symbols. These metaphors contain the same sort of imagery we experience during sleep. The trouble is that most of us don’t pay attention to them.

How to Let More Love Into Your Life

Love is everything, and yet it can be so very easy to lose sight of its importance as we get bogged down with the stressors of daily life. We live in a world seemingly filled with fear, war, politics, and corruption. In these difficult times of conflict and uncertainty, how do we open our hearts and let more love into our lives? Here are my reflections as a psychologist and human being lovingly sharing this journey with you:

How to Let More Love Into Your Life

1. Focus Less on Things, and More on People

Many of us feel trapped in an artificial physical reality where we shove ourselves into cubicles, fight each other in traffic, and work passionless jobs so we can pay money to surround ourselves with things that we don’t really need. It is a vicious cycle, and one that can make us feel empty and alone, especially when we realize that material possessions will not bring us love.

People were created to be loved, and things were created to be used. The reason the world is in chaos is because things are being loved, and people are being used.”

The Life You Lead Is Your Reaction to Life

God said:

Sometimes you feel that a change in your life, a relationship cut short by death or by life - like losing your job, or becoming ill and so forth is equivalent to the end of the world. You take it hard. Death is not the end of the world. A tornado is not the end of the world. Nothing is the end of the world. A phase in life has changed. A phase in life is always changing. This IS the world.

You have a solid base, yet you may waver all over the place. You feel you are riding on a roller coaster while you are actually riding on a silent escalator.

Everything in life is moving you forward, what you welcome and that which you do not welcome. Life and its foibles are not to be taken so personally. Are you to be disheartened because life takes a certain course and not another? This is typical of life in the world.

You know, dear ones, you are not a cowboy, and life is not supposed to be a horse you are breaking in. Life is more like a horse you ride for pleasure. Life is not always predictable. Surprise yourself and roll with what you see as punches.

Life is meant to be capricious. Life is not always your knight in shining armor. Life may be a bucking bronco. It’s all right to fall off every now and then. And what are you supposed to do at those times? Why, pick yourself up and get right back on, of course. Keep riding, riding, riding.

If the terrain is rough, and you have to walk barefoot, then you walk barefoot.

And if you have to sit down and rest, then you sit down and rest.

Triple Water Astrology – The Critical Degree! Weekly Horoscope – Week Starting Friday, June 26, 2015

moon%20goddess

Please like my page at http://www.facebook.com/triplewaterastrology!

The struggle between Mercury and Neptune wanes by the end of the week. Meanwhile, Venus and Jupiter form the nicest of conjunctions all week, and they conjunct exactly on June 30. Mercury takes on a pivotal role towards the end of the week, in his home sign and at the focal point of a double minor grand trine with Uranus, his tutor, and the pleasant Venus-Jupiter duo in Leo. Communication, networking, gathering information, and logical thought have a supercharged boost from Uranus and a sense of abundance and cooperation from Venus and Jupiter. Mercury is wringing free of Neptune’s fog this week, but do be aware of Neptune’s brighter side (such as creativity) in generating solutions to problems and using the mind.

Sun forms an opposition to Pluto this week, and Mars begins to form one to his overlord…Mars‘ energy is amplified by Pluto‘s power! Sun-Pluto is tense this week, but encourages conscious perspectives and building up personal power. With all of the activity among the planets this week, and with two planetary pairs forming, no less, perhaps Saturn steals the show. The mutual reception with Pluto continues (think powerful structures, disciplined transformation) and the slow-moving Saturn aspects three of the eight Transneptunians throughout the week. Responding to internal and external authority suggests opportunities to be persistent and focused, use power and force, and multiply efforts.

Simplicity is to live without ideals. Ideals create complexity; ideals create division in you and hence complexity. The moment you are interested in becoming somebody else you become complex. To be contented with yourself as you are is simplicity. The future brings complexity; when you are utterly in the present you are simple.

Simplicity does not mean to live a life of poverty. That is utterly stupid because the person who imposes a life of poverty on himself is not simple at all. He is a hypocrite. The need to impose poverty means, deep down, he hankers for the diametrically opposite; otherwise why should there be any need to impose it? You impose a certain character upon yourself because you are just the opposite of it.

The angry person wants to become compassionate; the violent person wants to become non-violent.

If you are non-violent you will not try to become non-violent. For what? The person who imposes poverty upon himself is simply trying to live out a life according to others, not according to his own innermost core, not according to his own spontaneity. And to live according to others is never to be simple.

The Seven Myths of Meditation

Despite the growing popularity of meditation, prevailing misconceptions about the practice are a barrier that prevents many people from trying meditation and receiving its profound benefits for the body, mind, and spirit. Here are seven of the most common meditation myths dispelled.

Myth #1: Meditation is difficult.

Truth: This myth is rooted in the image of meditation as an esoteric practice reserved only for saints, holy men, and spiritual adepts.

In reality, when you receive instruction from an experienced, knowledgeable teacher, meditation is easy and fun to learn.

The techniques can be as simple as focusing on the breath or silently repeating a mantra. One reason why meditation may seem difficult is that we try too hard to concentrate, we’re overly attached to results, or we’re not sure we are doing it right.

EPA Knew EMFs Were a Carcinogenic Decades Ago and Covered It Up

EMF Cancer Brain Tumor

Aaron & Melissa Dykes, Truthstream
Waking Times

Did you know that back in 1990, the Environmental Protection Agency was all set to release a report that admitted electromagnetic fields (EMFs) are dangerous to our health, including that EMFs have been linked with “the development of various cancers” but stopped short of straight up admitting they are “probable carcinogens”?

Isn’t it ironic the newspaper thought to tack a Radio Shack add onto the end of this article?

The clipping, published in the October 4, 1990 edition of The Indiana Gazette, reported:

“Now the Environmental Protection Agency is on the verge of publishing a report suggesting that EMF is linked with the development of various cancers. And at one point, someone within the agency had considered an even more drastic step — classifying low-frequency electromagnetic fields as probable cancer-causing agents in the same rank as dioxin or PCBs.”

6 Steps to a Meaningful Life

There is a path to a meaningful life.

Too often, however, we are stalled at the boulders that are blocking this path. We feel stuck, yearning for that something “out there” that will bring us joy, connection satisfaction.

So we look for satisfaction in the wrong places— in the refrigerator, at the shopping mall, in the martini glass, at the television screen, on the Internet and in the back of the cupboard where we keep the cookies.

The truth is:

Facebook is fun, but it does not satisfy deeply. Busyness overtakes time for rejuvenation and genuine relaxation. Cookies are tasty, but too many of them will produce new problems.

Increasing numbers of people are finding out that financial success, a dream house and personal recognition, while certainly making life more comfortable, are ultimately empty and sometimes even lonely when other parts of their lives are not satisfying.

So, back to the path to that meaningful life – how do we find it?

5 Excellent Reasons To Go To Bed Early

Getting the proper amount of sleep can aid you in more ways than one. Aside from the obvious beauty sleep, people need their rest so that they can develop mentally and physically.

Here are 5 excellent reasons why you should go to bed early.

1. It’s the sleep you need most

Adults regularly need at least 7-8 hours of sleep per day. Matt Walker, who’s a sleep researcher at UC Berkley, says “It’s very easy for us to measure impairments in your brain function and in your body functions.” Sleep is a very critical element to a persons life. Getting enough of that sleep will benefit you in the long run.

New Distant Planet Discovered by 15-Year-Old

It’s become a common event, finding new planets beyond our solar system. Tom Wagg, however, was the youngest person to make such a discovery, which is uncommon to say the least. According to a press release from Keene University in England, Wagg was only 15 years old when making this epic find.

The Location

Located within a distant solar system, within our galaxy, the Milky Way, this planet is 1,000 light years from Earth. If you can locate the constellation Hydra, then you are in the right neighborhood.

The New Distant Planet

Wagg’s planet closely resembles Jupiter in size, orbits its sun in two days, as opposed to our Jupiter which takes 12 years. Another difference from our giant planet is that this “Jupiter” is much closer to the sun, closer even than our planet from our big ball of fire! At this distance, the planet reaches a blazing 1,000 degrees Celsius. A planet such as this falls into a category called “hot Jupiter” planets. The name is self-explanatory.

Writing and Awakening the Masses

Credit: Survey.cvent.com

By Wes Annac, Culture of Awareness

We live in an interesting time, and there’s a lot I could be writing about right now. There are plenty of daily stories about the big corporations that are polluting the planet and misleading consumers in the name of profit, and there are an equal amount of stories about corruption in government.

Every week, something new happens that grabs people’s attention and makes them forget what’s really important, and while we should talk about corporate and government corruption, I don’t always want to take the time to write about them.

I don’t just want to write about corruption or the environmental destruction taking place on a daily basis, because I have a different purpose for writing. I write so I can share love and spiritual awareness, and my main goal is to uplift people.

Like plenty of other conscious people, I feel like I’m here on a mission to use love and awareness to awaken the masses, and beyond informing them about corruption and hypocrisy, I want to help them find enlightenment.

Back to Sanity: Beyond the Limits of Materialistic Science

By Steve Taylor Ph.D
Guest Writer for Wake Up World

Many people believe that the powers of science are unlimited. Science is a process of uncovering the mechanisms by which nature works, and eventually, after enough experimentation and investigation, every mystery will be understood. The darkness of ignorance will have been completely illuminated by the light of reason, and we will possess the truth about life and the universe.

Some observers even believe that we’re quite close to reaching this point now. If scientific progress continues at the same rate as the last few decades, so this argument goes, it can only be a matter of a few more decades (or even less) before all the mysteries in the universe are solved. After all, haven’t most of the biggest mysteries already been solved? As long ago as 1971 the biologist Bentley Glass wrote, ‘We are like the explorers of a great continent, who have penetrated to its margins in most points of the compass and have mapped the major mountain chains and rivers. There are still innumerable details to fill in, but the endless horizons no longer exist.’

Precognitive Dreams: Can We Dream About The Future?

As a professor, researcher, and author I was fortuitously teaching an evening class on Dreams and Dreaming the night of September 10, 2001 at a university near Toronto, Canada. This particular class was one where the students had to hand in an assignment with a recorded dream from the previous week. As such, they handed in a recent dream they had had on the evening just prior to September 11th. Upon grading the papers I came upon one assignment that was particularly fascinating.

One student recorded a dream she had had just a few nights before September 10th. The dream imagery was of an airplane hitting the CN Tower in Toronto (this is a major monument in the city). The plane then hit the tower again, and she recalled seeing great gouts of smoke and fire. This dream scene was followed by one with her father who was hiding up in the attic of their home. He was running in the dark attic trying to avoid anyone seeing him, as he was being incriminated for the planes hitting the tower. The dream was so powerful and emotional that it woke the student from her sleep.

Daily Message ~ Thursday June 25, 2015

So many of you, due to your conditioning, are still on high alert for what you do not want. While a great many of you have discovered the importance of positive focus and are beginning to apply it in your lives, one area in particular seems to be lagging and that is the one we would like to address today. The area we see people continuing to be on the lookout for is discomfort.

Discomfort, by itself, when it naturally occurs, is a wonderful gift. It is a feedback tool which allows a person to know that they have stepped out of their highest alignment and flow. It is an indicator that they have stepped into resistance and that it is time to re-surrender in order to move back into a more comfortable place. It is meant to be a re-directional.

Due to the plethora of ascension symptoms that people have begun experiencing, as well as very diligent humans seeking to eradicate anything lower vibrating in their bodies, we have seen discomfort leap to the forefront of many people’s focus. If you understand that your focus is a great multiplier, you can see how this may be making things far more difficult than necessary.
