Namaste my friends, in the first article I wrote I was talking about how important it is to know the basics of spiritual workbefore you start trying the fancy stuff like astral projection, channeling, past life memory’s etc.

And I also showed you the first step “feeling energies”

This time I would like to talk about “Visualization”

Visualization is probably the most important ability you MUST have. Everything you do in spiritual work is based on it. Visualization is the most powerful skill and I know nobody who has mastered it to 100%. These 5 steps will help you to learn visualization to a degree that you should be able to instantly visualize what you wish.

We greet you that way NOW because that is the greeting, in your language, that most applies to You NOW. The frequencies of the word “namaste” are rich and complex, just as your humanity is–but to us, all of them resonate with ”the God within all that WE are bows to the God within all that You are.” Please take the frequencies of those words into your heart center. Do so until You feel their meaning resonate, deep within your own heart. Feel that resonance swell as we say to You again, “Namaste to YOU, Beloved. Namaste!” Know that what You are feeling is your heart responding to your truth.

And, as You just felt the “living proof” that Source is within YOU, the real-ization that You are an Energetic Being with Sovereign Authority over all of your creations seems quite obvious, doesn’t it? How could it be otherwise? Your sovereign power to spin “reality” through your own frequencies is, and always has been, “unlimited, free from external control, and ruled by no being, human or otherwise.” You simply forgot, that’s all. You were busy exploring the illusions of powerlessness and separation! But NOW, Beloved, it is “time” to remember. It is “time” to re-member YourSELF.

I would offer another compendium of the fallout from the Greenwald/Snowden revelations, except that the number has expanded so furiously that there is no way I can keep up! (I mean there is never a “way to keep up,” of course, but sometimes I really grok that fact.)

It strikes me that this explosive infusion of data and perspective about universal data-mining is the perfect depiction of the current placement of Jupiter, planet of expansion, in Gemini, sign of information and communication. Then, when you focus this current transit of Jupiter into the U.S. chart, and view both in the light of Edward Snowden, his chart, well, shall we say, sparks fly?

Often in the linear a feeling of unrest can arise where one feels they are walking a narrow tight rope.

It takes an incredible amount of focus in the physical to walk a tight rope. The body must know its core center to maintain the balance to get from one safe platform to another.

Likewise, spiritual balance requires focus and determination to move from one experience to another. Having a relationship with your core inner self also adds to the success of the endeavor.

As in the physical, it’s important to keep your head up with eyes focused upon the goal. Use imagery to widen the internal tight rope so that the process becomes easier and more secure.

Your physical participation was not designed to be a constant easy endeavor. Most are more aware of their capabilities when designing a life plan. It is when one is immersed in the dense physical that confidence wanes and the fear of failure comes in.
