So, here I am, wrapped up in a blanket, dealing with a sore throat and swollen lymph glands – classical signs of the “flu”.  And it is a golden day outside, in lower 50’s, blue skies, golden trees, a perfect Indian summer day, but I don’t have the strength to enjoy it right now, except internally.

Why did I say, internally?  I said that because of what I feel within, like a glowing sun warming my face with its rays.  There is a growing peace and sense of serenity emanating from my heart, despite all the apparent chaos that dwells in the world around me.

No, I’m not completely free of anxiety.  And no, I haven’t quit my day job yet.  And yet I am growing and expanding within as my connections with spirit grow ever stronger.  There is still much to take on, but it is a step by step process, as my physical body is being remodeled into a higher frequency model.  And so I am compelled to rest and recover through another spell of “illness” designed to get me in a quiet place for a time.

Right now as the world continues its roller-coaster ride of change, you may be feeling dizzy or unsettled by the uncertainty that naturally accompanies times of great shifting.

Even though as a divine changemaker you are naturally wired to want change, you may reject it as it arrives on your doorstep. Your rejection may be conscious, like when you see a shift coming and then feel unprepared to handle it, so delay taking action. Other times, you may unconsciously reject change, your fear of the unknown so buried within that you simply aren’t aware of it.

This dynamic of simultaneously wanting and rejecting something is not new. It’s part of your conditioning to sabotage yourself with this dualistic approach. What’s different now is that your conditioning has become such a big handicap that you are unable to successfully navigate these rocky times. This means that you have unneeded stresses, delays, and missed opportunities.

Why This Dilemma Matters More Now

You were handicapped in earlier times, too, but your dilemma is more problematical now – it simply matters more as you strive for balance and seek to express your soul’s purpose. Deep within you, there’s likely a feeling of increased urgency now, in part because you have more awareness of being stuck. In fact, a trapped feeling on some days could be so overwhelming that you feel frozen to act on what you know.

Greetings to all. I am still taking some time off as I am still pondering what I will write about. As the shift picks up speed and we move into different realms of thinking and being, it is hard to know what I am meant to be conveying to my readers with everything changing so quickly. I feel from within that I am done telling people what we need to do, how we should think and act. It is time everyone to finally think for themselves at long last. For far too long many have held on with bated breath to what others were telling us, what messages channelers are delivering to us all.

When I was on vacation in beautiful island of Kauai I was able to experience a pow wow and even though I have known I have had life times as Native American and carry native Pipil Maya heritage I didn't resonate that much with the old ways...until I saw my beautiful brothers of many different nations show their pride through their singing and dancing. There were Lakota, Apache and other nations showing their love of the old ways and the land.
My heart soared with their beautiful singing and ceremony and I was captivated by their hearts. My heart opened and brought me closer to my heritage and to my human family. Tears flowed through my eyes as I felt a joy so pure and an incredible acceptance of my human experience. Blessings to you all my family, each and every human being on this planet I love you all and allow me to tell you how proud you have made me and happy to be here in this now as a human.
This my inspiration is dedicate to you all my beautiful family, you who have made me so happy to be part of this great time of shifts and growth.
Together as one we are making this possible and it is now time to unite and spread the love. My people you make me happy.
