What’s the point? We are so far gone in our fast paced societal ways, it seems impossible to live a ‘normal’ life without any stress.

At the fundamental core of this issue, our entire global system is way out of alignment with who we really are – and that creates immense stress for everyone.

Psychologists Discover Mindfulness Practice is Super Effective for Depression & Anxiety

Lund University in Sweden recently did the first randomized study to compare group mindfulness treatment with individual cognitive behavioral therapy on patients who have depression and anxiety.

“Group mindfulness treatment is as effective as individual cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in patients with depression and anxiety, according to a new study. This is the first randomized study to compare group mindfulness treatment and individual cognitive behavioral therapy in patients with depression and anxiety in primary health care.” - Lund University

Medicine is starting to see evidence of the need for holistic care in their practices.  We no longer can just treat the symptoms people having with physical and mental illness.  We need to see the person as they are… real people!  Individuals that have cultures, beliefs, families, dreams, hopes, and spiritual beliefs.

Water makes up a large portion of the human body.  It also makes up 71% of the Earth’s surface, not to mention the clouds and vapors in the air.  Physically, it is essential for life and provides a great deal of maintenance, healing, and balance for any ecosystem.  Spiritually, it acts as an archetype for the flow of emotional energy through the astral plane and human energy system.

In the Way of the Empath, our consciousness shifts it’s attention away from the notions of separation, protection, and stability inherent in the Earth-inspired Way of the Sentinel.  Instead, we move the awareness towards the fluidity, balance, and emotion of the Water element.  The skills present in the Way of the Empath are all about flow, feeling, healing, and the direction of energy in a positive and harmonious manner.

Are Empaths Actually Communicating Telepathically?

In this article I am going to explore a concept on why I think we are able to feel other people’s emotions or in other words what new agers would call being an Empath.  

 I am going to present coordinating information to support empathy from a scientific-psychic perspective. If you are not familiar with the word Empath, it is a shortened name for being empathetic to an extreme. For example, walking into a room and feeling other people’s emotions or being able to connect to someone else’s emotions with such intensity that it changes your own emotional state. Where empathy is feeling and being able to relate to someone telling a story to you, being an Empath is knowing and feeling the story before someone even shares it with you. A psychic form of connection with your environment and the people around you.

So my theory, you ask?

Are Empaths actually telepathically communicating with others through emotions?

How To Cleanse Your Aura

Visualize Your Aura

 In a quiet room, sit or lay down comfortably in a position you can keep for about 15 – 20 minutes. Start by focusing on your breath, inhale and exhale slowly.

Create a steady stream of breath, let there be no gaps in between each breath. Focus on the rise and fall of your stomach. Focus on how it feels, how the tips of your fingers and toes feel, how the air surrounding every inch of your being feels. Sink into the relaxation.

Visualize a white light starting to form at the crown of your head. Imagine it’s iridescent glow slowly spilling down, have it surround you completely.

Envision it compassing every fibre of your being and merging with your skin. Imagine it’s warmth and the protection it brings you.

Levels of Consciousness

On our journey of waking up or becoming more conscious and aware we find that we need to let go of our egos more and more in order to make the journey.

This is a process of growth outward and diving deep inside our souls in order to find what we are looking for.  Who are you really?  What are the boxes holding you back?  What are you afraid of?  What decisions do you make because of how others are going to react?  What do you want to create?  What do you want to achieve?

Each time we grow our soul and our consciousness we peel back the layers of reality and perceive more and more of what is really going on.  Not only are we more about to see what is really going on around us but we come closer to our inner creator and then source energy within us.
