Weak?

So….you say you are weak.  Well, my darling child that is the furthest thing from Universal Truth!  Upon waking, you have the strength to make it a beautiful day with amazing experiences.  The strength it takes to move through your Earth plane existence on a daily basis is an inspiration!  The strength it takes to send love to those that appear unlovable is wondrous!
With these thoughts in place can you still say you are weak?  Change your thinking, change your world….you do have the power! ~ Creator

Groundbreaking New Documentary Offers Real Solutions for Our Food Security and Environmental Troubles

By Carolanne Wright

Contributing Writer for Wake Up World

“Though the problems of the world are increasingly complex, the solutions remain embarrassingly simple.” ~ Bill Mollison

A revolution is quietly sweeping across the globe, one that works in harmony with nature to create abundance for all life — including us. The method has been around for some time now, but it’s experiencing a resurgence of interest as ecological repair and regeneration becomes an urgent issue of survival for the planet.

Permaculture works within the structure and efficiency of nature — rather than attempting to dominate and control the natural world as we have in the past. This symbiotic relationship can be used in a wide-array of systems, from building and technology, to education and economics. However, it is best known for its application within agriculture, a practice that offers real life solutions to our food security and environmental troubles. This is the subject of a groundbreaking new documentary, Inhabit: A Permaculture Perspective.

Are Your Thoughts and Beliefs Really Yours?

By Dr. Michelle Kmiec

Contributing Writer for Wake Up World

To explain the concept of molding your thoughts and beliefs to someone else’s idea of what is or isn’t, we must take a look at how our minds work when it comes to believing or not believing that something exists.

Many perceive the human mind is of finite boundaries. In other words, we must be able to see things in a tangible manner; in a way that the mind can perceive the information. (Of course our minds are not finite, but the Scientific Method has not evolved to take that into account; at least not yet). We do this by putting any gathered information in some sort of order, in boxes or a file cabinet if you like, so that we are able to understand the information that enters our senses. If we see something that doesn’t make sense, we can’t just allow it to be simply something that doesn’t make sense… we must make sense out of the non-sense.

Does Our Genetic Code Have a Language?

Part I: The DNA

In 1953, scientists James Watson and Francis Crick determined the structure of the chemical molecule deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). It is the physical agent with which all the hereditary information is passed from generation to generation. During the early 60s, a lot of research was done to decode the way the DNA stored information. The genetic code was born that likens the information in the DNA to that of a book. It has to be in some interpretable language to be used the way it is used.

Millennia before the inception of molecular genetics and modern science, a wise, legendary Chinese philosopher, Fu Hsi, wrote a book that explained the laws governing consciousness through a code based on linear symbols. Many centuries after Hsi, a book on Qabbala magical thought came to the fore. The book talked about how creation is based on a set of 22 Hebrew alphabets. Known as I Ching and Sefer Yetzirah respectively, these speculative works on creation are much truer than once thought. They have deep similarities with the structure of the DNA. Each work compliments the other to give a complete analogy to the DNA.

Neil Young Debuts Song From Monsanto-Themed Album Criticizing Starbucks

Legendary songwriter, Neil Young, debuted a new song this week entitled Rock Starbucks. The track will be featured on Young’s highly anticipated soon to be released album aptly named The Monsanto Years.

On Thursday, Democracy Now aired an excerpt for the music video to Rock Starbucks. In the clip, Young sings “I want a cup of coffee, but I don’t want a GMO. I love to start my day off without helping Monsanto.

The former Buffalo Springfield guitarist has been notoriously vocal about his abhorrence with Monsanto and Starbucks in the past. Young publicly stated late last year that he was was boycotting Starbucks because, according to Young, “Starbucks doesn’t think you have the right to know what’s in your coffee. So it’s teamed up with Monsanto to sue the small U.S. state of Vermont to stop you from finding out.”

planet-earth-now-has-a-flagPledging allegiance to the international flag of our planet could become a worldwide practice with this exciting design of a flag for Earth.

A new project by Oskar Pernefeldt, a graduate-to-be from Beckmans College of Design in Stockholm, Sweden, sees a new flag for the entire planet emblazoned in scenes around the world – and beyond.

The minimalist design of the flag shows seven rings intertwining on a deep-sea-blue background, forming a flower in the flag’s middle. Simple but contemporary, the flag evokes the natural beauty of the Earth.

Love: The Guiding Creative Force

Credit: Lovethispic.com

By Wes Annac, Culture of Awareness

No matter what we do, let’s do it with love.

Let’s do it with faith and passion, and let’s always remember that if we have love, we have everything. If we have our higher consciousness, we’ll find everything we could ever need within and we’ll never have trouble enjoying life or passionately pursuing our interests.

Passion is a shade of the energy of love, and when we’re passionate about something, we pour a lot more time and energy into it because our passion causes us to devote ourselves to it and never look back.

Passion is a powerful tool, and we don’t want to ignore our passions or the things that light our inner fire because they point us to our role in this planetary transformation.

They help us understand what we want to do and how we want to do it, and we’ll want to take note when we find something that seriously inspires us. We’d be fools not to pursue something that ignites our passion, and we can’t put any real love into our work without this passion.

Opening up to our higher consciousness is harder if we aren’t passionate about the work we do it for, and we’ll always benefit from aligning with the higher self and approaching life in a more balanced, understanding way.

5 Keys to Getting In Touch with Your Essence

by Amateo Ra

Are you in touch with who you truly are?

Our Essence is the ultimate truth of ourselves living within the design of our Soul. When we incarnate into human form this essence gets translated into our DNA, merging us with the unified living system of the Earth. However, the very act of this sensitive process entails we forget who we are and then have to remember it. Strange game indeed, but here’s how to Win.

Tell me more about my Essence…

Your Essence is in part your life’s purpose. It’s the never-changing energy of consciousness for who you are and always will be. It’s also your personality self, that pesky little ego (hopefully), that we must make friends with and manage with conscious consideration.

5 Steps to the Best Tantric Sex

If you have never heard of tantric sex before, it basically merges the physical and spiritual energies of the universe into one, harnessed through two people connecting to the Divine forces during sex. However, the sexual experience gained through tantra is much different than what the mass media and advertising industries sell to us – this type of sex is taught in Hindu and Buddhist cultures, and dates back to ancient times as people discovered their connection to Spirit.

Our sexual energy serves a very beautiful and significant purpose outside of just orgasm, self-pleasure and procreation; it literally connects us back to Source through the very energy that created us.

Instead of having goal-oriented sex centered around reaching orgasm, tantra teaches you to slow down and focus completely on your partner. Sacred sexuality also teaches to abstain from orgasm as long as possible in order to cultivate greater sexual energy and a deeper, more profound bond between you and your partner.
