It is your own pervasive worthiness issues that cause you to accept so much less than what your true potentials are. These self esteem issues are rooted in old belief systems that were never valid, but designed to control the masses and keep you small and disempowered. You also shy away from claiming your worth because you still buy into the idea that to do so somehow involves taking away from another. Dear Ones, it is time to let these old, tremendously limiting ideas go, once and for all!

There is plenty of room on this planet for you to shine brightly in your most glorious expression of self, not to the detriment of others, but rather for the greatest good of all! Living to your full potential simply means expanding into your highest expression of self in a way that serves the whole (which, of course, includes yourself). It is about moving into fairness, truth, balance, and your own glorious self expression, which honours your soul, your purpose, humanity, and your beloved planet. The processing of olive oils also highly differentiates the concentration of anti-cancer compounds.

Oleocanthal (OC), a phenolic compound in extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), has been implicated in the health benefits associated with diets rich in EVOO.

Researchers have discovered that the key to understanding the effect of oleocanthal on cancerous cells lies in its reaction with the lysosomes of the cell.

We are off to Isla Mujeres tomorrow, Women's Island. There I'll visit the ancient ruins of the Temple of Ix-Chel, Mayan Goddess of Love, Fertility, Midwifery and Medicine.

The island and Ixchel have been calling me like a magnet since we got to Playa just over a week ago. This is my third time here and I've never felt this strong a pull to go there.

I will be taking some offerings for her, and saying some prayers. I invite you to say a prayer for something that is in your heart, not to write here but just to hold in your heart, and tomorrow as I visit I will pray that she hear those prayers in your heart. 

Judicial Watch has – for many years – obtained sensitive U.S. government documents through freedom of information requests and lawsuits.

The government just produced documents to Judicial Watch in response to a freedom of information suit which show that the West has long supported ISIS.   The documents were written by the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency on August 12, 2012 … years before ISIS burst onto the world stage.

This Mercury retrograde is quite potent! Not only is Mercury in his home sign, Gemini, but he’s also forming a square to Neptune in Pisces as he retraces his steps in the Gemini sign. I have the feeling that I’ve been forgetting things more than usual with this retrograde. Another side effect is a slightly late newsletter! I hope everyone still finds it of use.
