New Device Turns Cells Into Other Types Of Cells Required To Heal Disease

Researchers have developed a device that can switch cell function to rescue failing body functions with a single touch. The technology, known as Tissue Nanotransfection (TNT), injects genetic code into skin cells, turning those skin cells into other types of cells required for treating diseased conditions.

Although cellular therapies represent a promising strategy for a number of conditions, current approaches have faced major translational hurdles, including limited cell sources and the need for cumbersome pre-processing steps.

A new device developed at The Ohio State University can start healing organs in a "fraction of a second," researchers say.

The technology has the potential to save the lives of car crash victims and even deployed soldiers injured on site. It's a dime-sized silicone chip that "injects genetic code into skin cells, turning those skin cells into other types of cells required for treating diseased conditions," according to a release.

In the study published in Nature Nanotechnology, first author Daniel Gallego-Perez of Ohio State demonstrated that the technique worked with up to 98 percent efficiently.

If you can flow, if your energy can flow without any blocks you will achieve. But the moment you become self-conscious, block enters, immediately.

It is just like falling into sleep - if you become self-conscious you cannot fall into sleep. Now the West is suffering from insomnia, and sooner or later the whole world will suffer, because sleep needs self-unconsciousness.

And yet the whole civilization teaches you how to be more self-conscious - walk, do, move in life, the whole training is how to be a subtle egoist. The Western psychology says that a mature ego is needed; the whole Eastern effort is that a mature egolessness is needed.

In fact, when you become egoless, only then you are mature, never before.

You have not always been a hero in your own Life. On occasion, in your small way, you may have been an anti-hero. The mistake is that you looked down on a Field of Flowers of Human Beings and, instead of seeing the Flowers in the Sunlight, you saw offense, and you set out to set the record straight according to how you saw it. In defense of yourself, you retaliated. You didn’t know how to stop. You had your dukes up. Beloveds, you were short-sighted, and you had a short fuse.

You knew outrage. You protested the haphazardness with which Life approached you. Life did not always behave as it most certainly ought to have, you think. You would teach Life and those who had participated a lesson. You who felt badgered badgered back.

You thought you were standing up for yourself. You thought Life had let you down. Others had sold you short, yet it is you who sold yourself short. You felt sure that Life had strewn villains around. In your eyes, this person and that person were not who they were supposed to be. They did not have the right to be as they appeared.

You hit back. You had to do something. Hitting back seemed to be the only defense you had. You wanted to set the record straight, and so you stuck your chin out.

Instead of holding your palms upward as do the Peacemakers, you let Peace fall by the wayside.

'On Course for Ecological Armageddon' - Researchers Sound Alarm as Insect Die-Off Worsens

Last year, the results of a German study on insect populations foretold of a massive global die-off in many inspect species. Now, scientists are sounding the alarm again following a new study, and warning that we are “on course for ecological Armageddon.”

“Insects make up about two-thirds of all life on Earth [but] there has been some kind of horrific decline… We appear to be making vast tracts of land inhospitable to most forms of life, and are currently on course for ecological Armageddon. If we lose the insects then everything is going to collapse.” ~Professor Dave Goulson of Sussex University, UK

Zen uses all types of skills to grow in meditation; calligraphy is one of them. If you have seen Japanese or Chinese calligraphy, you will become aware of a certain quality - there is flow. No other language can do that, because every other language has an alphabet. The Far Eastern languages - Chinese, Japanese, don't have an alphabet. They are pictorial languages; not the pen, but the brush is used, and the flow is the quality.

So a calligraphy is not only that which is written, it also carries something of the Master who has done it - the flow. Change is not allowed, you cannot correct it; you have simply to do it in one stroke. A very skilled Master, a very mindful state is needed. You cannot change it, you cannot correct it. If you correct it, the whole point is lost because then the ego enters. You simply have to flow with it.

Do not lose heart or surrender to doubt.

Humanity’s awakening process is an enormous undertaking that has been ongoing for eons, but the vast majority of humans have been, and remain, unaware that human life is but a minute portion of what is available to them, and that to awaken from the dream into the utter joy of Reality is their inevitable destiny.  The illusion you collectively invented and constructed seems totally real to those within it, as was your intent when you built it.  However, the intent was not to get lost in it for all eternity, but to experience separation and then make a choice as to whether you wanted Reality or illusion.

Obviously Reality is the only meaningful choice you could make because there is nothing else.  But first you became captivated by what you had built, and then, as you journeyed further and further into it you became lost and utterly confused – Love is your nature, and yet it seemed that you had separated yourselves from It.   The experience of that has been ongoing throughout the eons and, as a result, fear – the opposite to Love, only there is no opposite, there is only Love – arose leading you into distrust, betrayal, and endless conflicts.
