A great many of you have reached a state where you can be in a place of mastery, peace and balance when you are on your own, and that is a wonderful foundation you have created for yourselves! As you are always growing and evolving, you may find yourself being presented with opportunities to express that mastery in new areas now. Perhaps you will find yourself in a new relationship, new surroundings, or new circumstances beyond your old comfort zone to begin to practice that same mastery and balance in new, expanded ways.

You might consider this being challenged, but really, it is simply an opportunity for you to take what you know and apply it in much grander ways. It is a way for you to express your truth, to apply what you know, to walk your talk, to see how far you have come and to teach by your wonderful example! We understand that you may consider yourself being tested, but nothing could be further from the truth. You are simply expanding your circle and moving back out into the world to get to experience how far you’ve come, and to express love, acceptance, compassion and unity in a more tangible way.

Almost all seekers end up moving from a period of solitude to reconnecting with others again. It is the next natural phase of your mastery, and a testimony to the work you have done. ~ Archangel Gabriel

In The Netherlands Sex Education Starts In Kindergarten: Here’s What They Tell Them & Why

“People often think we are starting right away to talk about sexual intercourse [with kindergartners]. Sexuality is so much more than that. It’s also about self image, developing your own identity, gender roles, and it’s about learning to express yourself, your wishes and your boundaries.” – Ineke van der Vlugt, an expert on youth sexual development for Rutgers WPF, the Dutch sexuality research institute and the organization behind Netherlands sex education curriculum.

Did you know that the Netherlands has one of the lowest teen pregnancy rates in the world? Did you know that the majority of teens in the Netherlands say their first sexual experiences were “wanted” and “fun?” It could be because by law, all primary school students in the Netherlands must receive some form of “sexuality education.” It’s not called “sex” education, because the idea is bigger thank that, according to der Vlugt. The idea here is to have open and honest conversations about relationships and love.

A 2008 United Nations report found that comprehensive sex ed allows young people to “explore their attitudes and values, and to practice the decision-making and other life skills they will need to be able to make informed choices about their sexual lives.” (source)

Solstice and Star Ancestors

Happy Solstice from Chichen Itza, Mexico! The Mayan Temple of Kukulkan is one of my favourites, designed with such precision and harmony. It has 365 steps one for each day of the year, 91 per side with the top platform being 365. Each Equinox and Solstice, shadows fall in perfect alignment specific to each of those 4 days. Genius and brilliance is an under-statement.

These sacred sites provide clues as to our ancient, stellar history, our connection with those who came from the stars who will one day come again. Our star ancestors are still here, living on through all of you who remember your star seed heritage...living on also through those who don't yet remember.

To Your Own Heart Be True

Plow through. Sometimes you simply have to plow through obstacles. Yes, be a snow plow and keep going. Persist.

Because you have a hard time doesn’t have to mean you’d better stop. You may well be barking up the right tree. Don’t consider what you see as lack of support as a signal to stop. It may well be a signal to keep going, to keep going through rain and snow and floods and hurricanes, whatever the world throws at you.

The Earth persists. You are a microcosm of the Earth. Earth doesn’t stop because of obstacles. The world keeps spinning, and so must you. This world that may hamper you plows through.

Certainly, there is a reason for everything, yet you don’t know what the reason or reasons are. You can only guess.

In general, when you find life tough, you are being given an opportunity to become stronger. In a way, it is for you to become more committed to your service to Me. Even when wherever you turn, you are given no for an answer, or later for an answer, or a little pat on the head, for an answer, you can keep going onward and upward.

The key for you may well be to persist. You were in on a venture from the beginning and so you continue. If it is a business venture of your dreams, stay with it. Give it a good shot. If it is a spiritual venture for Me, stay with it. Most especially, when it is a venture for Me, persist and persist. If you are taking singing lessons and this is important to you, you keep learning to sing. You carry through.

Man has existed for centuries; truth has been discovered again and again and again. Many people have reached to the ultimate light; they have expressed it in their own ways. Their languages are different but their message is the same.

It is like, a few people go to see the sunset. One is a painter; he paints it. He is thrilled by the beauty of the sunset. He immediately goes to work - he is lost in his painting, he forgets everything, he has to paint the sunset. It has stirred his whole heart. That is his way of expressing it. Another man, seeing the same sunset, may simply sit silently and watch it. He is also thrilled, but he goes into a deep meditation. You can see the grace on the man's face. You can see that it is not only that the sun is setting, something is disappearing in the man too. Maybe it is the ego that is setting. He has fallen into a deep harmony with the sunset; he is no more separate, he is part of it, part of the whole scene. He has disappeared as a spectator, he has melted into it. And the third may start playing on his flute; the sunset has become a song in him. And the fourth may start dancing. The message is the same, but the mediums are very different.

Fracking Waste Injection Wells Linked to 60% of Earthquakes in Central and Eastern U.S.

Fracking wells in the central and eastern United States have been linked to more than 60% of the earthquakes examined in those regions.

Researchers at the University of Colorado Boulder found that of the underground wells associated with earthquakes, 66% were used for oil recovery, a type of injection well. Other wells, those involving saltwater disposal, were 1.5 times as likely as oil recovery wells to be associated with earthquakes.

They also determined that “high-rate” injection wells were more often associated with earthquakes than wells with lower-rate injection. High-rate wells pump in excess of 300,000 barrels of wastewater into the ground per month. Thousands of injection wells in operation during the past few decades have not appeared to trigger an increase in seismic activity. It is only the more recent, high-rate injection wells that have done so, reported the researchers.

The study, published in Science, said there has been a dramatic increase in the rate of earthquakes in the central and eastern U.S. since 2009, and that earthquakes associated with injection wells have “skyrocketed from a handful per year in the 1970s to more than 650 in 2014,” the university reported.

Facebook may have finally met its match. By directly targeting the social media behemoth’s lack of messaging encryption, infamously opaque algorithms, and government and advertiser accessibility, Minds.com has earned the attention of privacy advocates, activists, and frustrated Facebook users—and has even garnered active support from Anonymous. By employing many similar features found on Facebook and other social media giants, Minds gives its users a familiar platform without the numerous privacy concerns plaguing the long-established sites.

Users will find the typical status updates, comments, and link-sharing as other social media, but Minds takes the government’s eyes out of the equation by encrypting private messages and using open-source code that any programmer can check. The platform uses a “reward’ system based on points to earn “views” for posts, so the more active you are, the more the network will promote your posts—-without hindrance from advertisers and profit models.

Pine Bark Extract for Male Reproductive Health

Pine bark, botanical name Pinus pinaster, is a maritime pine native to southwest France that also grows in countries along the western Mediterranean. Pine bark contains a number of beneficial compounds that are extracted from the bark in a way that doesn’t destroy or damage the tree.

History

The use of various tree barks for health reasons is thought to date back to 1535 when French explorer Jacques Cartier landed in what is now modern day Quebec, Canada. Being winter, no fruits or vegetables were available. Ship crew became ill and began dying from what we now know as scurvy, a deficiency of vitamin C. Natives taught explorers to use local tree bark as a tea for the scurvy. Apparently it worked. As it turns out, the tree bark is rich in vitamin C and other nutritional phytochemicals.
