Beloved, the world, as you know it, is full of comparisons. You see everything bouncing off something else. Today is cold. Yesterday was colder. Or today is bleak, and yesterday was sun-filled.

If today could just be what it is without reference to another time or a more dazzling time, how much happier you would be… maybe!

You deserve Happiness. It is My Desire that you be happy. So long as you make comparisons, it’s harder for you to recognize happiness when it is right in front of you.

If one has to choose between the head and the heart, one should choose the heart, because all the beautiful values of life belong to the heart. The head is a good mechanic, technician, but you cannot live your life joyously just by being a mechanic, a technician, a scientist. The head has no qualities, capacities for joy, for blissfulness, for silence, for innocence, for beauty, for love, for all that makes the life rich - it is the heart.

To get to hell you have to suffer, suffering is the mind pretending to be something, lol. Heaven is just love being present and aware of now, always.

If you can convince a mind to believe something the mind feels right a home, while life is more real, yet harder to control with fear.

When people learn that just living "their" life is also benefiting the all, then well... well, then... "THEN" AS NOW ALWAYS.

You can't teach a donkey to be a mule, but you can get a donkey to make one.

Funny thing about the past, you can't ever go back because consciousness is always now present, a whole bunch of nows expressing creation as a living experience. And here we are just to be it.

People trust in fear more than love for fear is what they were told to be. LOL

Another funny thing, when now is present the all is very busy being present within the now.

Your underlying fears that get triggered and bubble up are much like a toddler who is overwhelmed that suddenly acts out and tantrums. If you respond by being reactive, you know you only accelerate the energy. When any portion of you is at overwhelm it needs calm, consistent love and reassurance. It is looking for your empowered self to compassionately understand what is going on, to take the lead, and create a space of safety where needs can be met. It could be said that there is too much ado about nothing. Certainly life seems to be momentous, and there is too little of this non-existent time in which to do it. You tend to feel suspended in this non-existent time and space. Inasmuch as the concept of time is illusion as well as illusive, remind yourself to breathe deeply. Satisfy your lungs and all that is physical. Life exceeds the physical by the metaphysical, spiritual, ethereal or what is resolutely called Truth.

I destroy the minds of people, so that they become simply heart - because all that is beautiful happens in the heart and all that is eternal happens in your being. Mind is just a wastepaper basket. Anything of no use you go on throwing in the mind. It has a tremendous capacity to collect... a great computer.

In Flux…

The further along you move into this great shift, the more you will begin to see the falseness people have been using as protection is becoming less acceptable.  Those that continue to operate in this way may become angry or upset because this particular ‘tactic’ is no longer working and you no longer choose to ‘get with the program’.  If you are a human that has embraced honesty and integrity, it may be very frustrating when you encounter them.  Please, do not be dismayed or take this personally.  Rather than seeing you for who you are, they are receiving a direct reflection of what they need to release and who they need to become. (Smiling) The world is in flux, dear one!  Keep embracing who you are and know that, even though others may not ‘get it’ yet, they will.  Until then…carry on, you are doing fantastic work! ~ Creator

When you are emotionally triggered by another the first thing to ask yourself is what fear has been activated in you. Is it true? Is it a real threat? Is it even yours? Is it pertinent to today or is it old energy? Explore the fear and the emotions that drive it.

Then ask yourself what empowered steps you can take now to create beyond the fear based on who you are today. Your fears stem from a feeling of powerlessness. Your ability to shift into being a conscious co-creator will allow you to put that fear to rest and to navigate beyond it. It is this practice of self exploration and self guidance that will allow you to stay in a far more centred space during periods of energetic intensity. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young
