God said:

Have you noticed that sometimes wisdom comes from those you might call fools? Being a fool is not always such an errant thing. Everyone should be a fool at sometime or another in his or her life. Be a fool, and laugh about it. This is wisdom.

Of course, everyone’s definition of fool is not the same. Someone who takes advantage of another thinks the one taken advantage of is the fool. I see it differently. There may be a fool in a particular situation, and there may be a fool who is a trickster in the whole range of his life. On whom would you rely? The identified fool or the clever one?

Everyone has been what is termed a fool in his life. Even saying the word fool tends to make you blush. Sometimes it seems you would rather be anything than a fool. What is so bad about being a fool? Most of the Great Ones were looked on as fools. Who is the fool? The one sneered at or the one who sneered?

How you are looked at isn’t to rule your day. Must the views of others be all that be so important to you? Look at yourself through My eyes. And be sure that you yourself look at others through My eyes as well.

Oh, yes, there are worse things than being a fool. In fact, there are wise fools. Simple is good. Simplicity gets right down to the basics. There is nothing pretentious about fools.

To worry about anything is foolish, yet worry keeps bobbing up on the surface of life. Once worry has you in its thrall, it holds you. Worry wouldn’t exist if it were not for you. Yet you may have the idea that it is wise to worry.

God said:

You do know that there is more to you than you can at present picture or acknowledge. At the same time, there are moments when you do get a glimpse of yourself as a special Being.

I am not speaking of egocentric moments or hours.

I am speaking of times when, to your delight and surprise, your heart may happily skip a beat. There is no proof, yet on occasion, you have an awareness that you have been somehow part of Greatness. You may not quite catch how or what or where, yet you sense you are now back from a remarkable journey, as if you had been absent from Earth even for a split second.

Sometimes you have a hint of something not consciously known. Of course, you are greater than you appear. In Truth, there is no ordinary when it comes to you. You have believed in the fullness of the illusion of ordinariness when there is only the extraordinary.

I am certainly not making this up. Nor are you. You are not inflating yourself. This is not an ego-inflation trip. You may even wonder at your daring to sanction yourself to what cannot be explained. Your perception may be foggy, yet you are perceiving nevertheless.

There is nothing in the world that is impossible to happen. No matter how you put yourself down, there is also nothing in the world that you cannot do. Every human being is more than simply human. You are also suprahuman. You may not have superman muscle, yet you are super just the same. C’mon, you are more than a little person running around harried on Earth.

God said:

I sing you a love song. Do you hear it? My song reverberates through every inch of you. From cell to cell, through your bloodstream, pulsed by your heart. The love song I sing pulsates through your heart along to the world, first from My heart to the heart you call yours. My heart bursts with love, and soon, very soon, you will also live fully the Oneness of Heart that We share.

The bursting of what We will still identify as your heart – bursting more than bubbling – will yet be quiet and calm. Your heart isn't flat, yet it will be calm. Your heart will be a silent opera. Oh, My, yes, your heart will be overcome with love shining through, yet your sense of your heart will be overcome - not with crescendo - but with silent waves of love. There will no longer be a contrast. Your heart will have ascended from which there is no departure, this, your heart in its natural state.

All the static and arguments and hurts will go. Now you will know what glory is, yet it will be no great fanfare. This Silence of Joy will clarify the pure stream of your heart. This is how butter is clarified into ghee, the impurities disappear, purity alone remains.

Purity is absence of what does not belong.

The fun is about to begin! It will be fun like how the Silent Sun rises in the morning. The Sun doesn’t jump up and down. It simply rises. The Sun does nothing but rise and shine. Whatever clouds do, no matter how clouds may shroud the Sun, the Sun does its thing. The Sun is imperturbable.

God said:

You have the opportunity of life on Earth. It is a gift I give to you. This life I give to you is not a penance. It is an opportunity. It is an opportunity of all possibilities. It is not to be taken for granted. This gift of life is not given to you to be an imposed sentence. Have you somewhere along the line had the idea that you are in servitude to a difficult life?

How different your life would be if you will carry the idea that life is a blessing. Keep this idea close to you, and you will reap benefits. For one thing, you will receive life differently. You will become a boon to your life and exhilarated about it.

Life in the world is a treasure. Life is to your advantage. Have respect for your God-given life. Disregard what you see as impediments. Your purpose here on Earth is not to grumble at its disparities. True, life on Earth may not always be your cup of tea. You may see life as bitter. Dear ones, drink the Goblet of Your Life as a champion downs his delicious protein drink. You are not meant to deny yourself.

I cast you as a leader. Show the way to yourself, and you will show the way to others. You were never intended to be downtrodden. When life doesn’t give you what you want, shrug your shoulders if you must, and then lightly keep going toward the sun. You cannot dispute that the sun also shines. Bask in it. Bask in the sun. Drink the rain, and bask in the sun.

Move through the hay fields.

God said:

So connected to Me are you as you read Heavenletters, yet you are shaken whenever old dishearted-ness starts stirring. You might call this unexpected stage of life Unhappiness Revisited.

You thought you had surpassed dismalness. You thought you were done with all that, yet, apparently, there was more to come. You don’t want it. You have had enough, yet heartache continues. You are bewildered. You are right, life is not supposed to be like this.

You ask yourself:

“Can suffering be no more than my way of thinking? Have I picked up suffering once again? If it’s somehow my choice, I demand to know why I would do that. If I am not the one who chooses this, then I am a hapless victim. Is unhappiness thrust on me, or do I choose it? Why would I?"

You would beat your chest to get this negativity out of your life.

Of course, you have had enough heartache for several lifetimes. It would be helpful if your re-emerging emotional pain would mean it is leaving once and for all. You thought it had already left, and now, here it is again, nipping at your heels.

Life is sometimes heavy on you. This was not supposed to happen. You sit defeated as if in an extended waiting room, waiting when it is your turn to be restored to happiness forevermore.
