8 Tools to Help Raise Your Vibration Every Day

Gratitude

This is perhaps the most simple and effective way to re-wire your thought processes. When you are truly thankful for the little things and the bigger blessings in your life, I mean really appreciate them – from the Heart – then you can’t help but feel good as you go about your day. And this positive thinking gives way to more positive thoughts, speech and action from yourself.

Be Grateful for having a bed to stretch out on and sleep in each night. Appreciate the Abundance of useful technologies in your life as you use them. Do not take warmth and comfort for granted. Be appreciative of all those little luxuries that you DO have without thinking about what you don’t have and without comparing what you have or haven’t got with what others have or haven’t got.

Be Thankful to your friends and family that truly care for you, and try your best to show it in return – who cares if it’s slightly awkward! Feel the appreciation and Express it sincerely. Be glad for your good health. Be grateful for the easy access to things in your life. And then of course, there’s the Law of Attraction to come and join in with the fun too – adding to the cycle!

There Is A War On Consciousness Happening – Banned Graham Hancock TED Talk

In January of 2013, British author and researcher Graham Hancock presented to a TEDx audience a summary (titled “The War on Consciousness”) of his various investigative work into the historical origins of human consciousness, with key insights addressed along with his own personal experiences. Hancock makes a contrast between the traditional cultural values and practices centered around visionary states of consciousness with the values and practices of the modern industrial world.

The TEDx event was titled “Visions for Transition: Challenging existing paradigms and redefining values (for a more beautiful world)”.  The event was intended to be paradigm-busting, but apparently Hancock wasn’t conservative enough in his message, because his TED talk got banned and removed from their website and their Youtube channel.

Why You Should Stop Trying to Fix Others

If you stop trying to fix others and evolve yourself, you will start to see big positive changes in the people around you.Trying to fix others will only result in frustration, confusion and resentment.

They say you’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with. That goes the other way too. You’re one of those five for other people. When you evolve, the people around you can’t help but evolve. And those people are some other people’s significant five. The ripples eventually spread around the entire globe.

When you evolve people become curious.

Most of us have at least one person in our life that we want to “fix”. We hear that person speak and our brains constantly feed us reasons why this person is thinking in a distorted way.

An urge rises in us and we start dumping advice – Advice that was not asked for and not wanted. I say there is a better way.

How We Are Literally The Universe

We are the universe.  We hear this all the time and it usually gives us a warm feeling of connectivity inside, but what does this really mean?  How can we make sense of this with our rational minds?

There are many ways to explain how we are all connected to one another and how we are all one with each other, but there are only a few main ways in which we can understand how we are literally the whole universe in the truest sense.  Here is how we are literally the universe:

1. We are the universe from a quantum perspective

At the surface level, we are human beings in two totally different areas of space.  But what goes in to making a human being? Molecules. Which are made of atoms. Which are made of subatomic particles like electrons combined with empty space. Which are made of quarks.  Which are made of vibrating strings within the Unified Field.

How To Turn Your Relationship Into A Spiritual Partnership

We all want magical relationships that inspire us to grow into better people, but here is the truth.  The Universe isn’t going to just drop something in your lap because you want it.  You have to meet the Universe half way and create it for yourself.  If you are bored with your current relationship or plan on entering a relationship with a new person, don’t be afraid to take a hold of the direction you wish the relationship to go.

You are the driver of your experience in life, and thankfully this means that you get to choose the life you want to live.  Maybe all you want is a person you can spend time with, and it doesn’t have to be anything extraordinary or grand.  That is totally fine. But some of you want a taste of what a relationship can be like when two conscious evolved individuals come together with the intention of creating something magical.

Here are some super essential ways that you can either create a spiritual partnership in your current relationship or start one with a future partner:

Why Relaxing Is The Most Productive Thing You Can Do

When we think of qualities and attributes will get us to where we want to be in life, we normally think of things like motivation, ambition, determination, persistence, work ethic, and productivity. Working 6 or 7 days a week, getting up early, planning, and prioritizing are things that we typically thing of when we think of success and productivity.

But what if all of this was only partly true, and that the best thing you can do to be productive in life is actually the complete opposite of all of those things? Relaxation is something that often gets equated with laziness, but in reality it is one of the most productive things you can do for yourself and your career.

Relaxation allows you to actually get more done by preventing burn out, be more creative by preserving mental energy, keep your mind focused on one thing at a time to improve quality of work, and it allows you to enhance your own energetic state (which is the best thing you could produce). Here are some more reasons why relaxing is the most productive thing you can do:

How Changing Your Beliefs Changes The World Around You

I always tend to see a basic fault when I hear people talk about hoping for change in the world. It’s the idea that we see the notion of change as something happening outside of us, driven by some faceless group of elite scientists, inventors and leaders coming up with some revolutionary idea that would set the world on a different course.

The fault with this notion is that it comes from the same mould which gave form to the problem in the first place – separation. We feel that we are separate from all the atrocities happening in different corners of the world; separate from shady global deals done in the interest of the few; separate from the marvelous work done by selfless peacekeepers and volunteers; separate from the bloodied hands of our previous generation and the problems of the next generations.

We think that we are helpless, innocent and powerless in the face of all this and that the change we expect ‘has’ to come from others, individuals, collectives or nations.

Scientists Discover The Universe Grows Like A Brain

We often speak of the universe being a reflection of ourselves, and point to how the eye, veins, and brain cells mirror visual phenomenon in the natural universe. As above so below right? Well check this out. How about the idea that the universe is a giant brain? The idea of the universe as a ‘giant brain’ has been proposed by scientists and science fiction writers for decades, but now physicists say there may be some evidence that it’s actually true (in a sense).

The Study

According to a study published in Nature’s Scientific Reports, the universe may be growing in the same way as a giant brain - with the electrical firing between brain cells ‘mirrored’ by the shape of expanding galaxies. The results of a computer simulation suggest that “natural growth dynamics” – the way that systems evolve – are the same for different kinds of networks – whether its the internet, the human brain or the universe as a whole.

How To Listen From The Heart

Listening is an act of love. It is the ebb and flow of giving and receiving energy to your friends, partners, the cosmos, everything. When you relax your mind enough to be in a state of awareness that is listening, processing the data and creating new connections in your brain, that is the process of what we call ascension. It is letting light into your body in the form of information. It is interacting with your DNA.

I’m learning what it means to really listen. Like… REALLY listen. To listen so much that you become an open receptor of the truth. To let Source itself flow through me more than ever before. It happens through your actions, your thought processes and the connections you create.

We are all students of Source, the universe, God, whatever name you put it to – just as it is our student. It is expressing it’s energy as us – to understand the human experience. We all learn from each other, no one is the teacher.
