Scientific Study Reveals How To Literally Upgrade Your DNA

Did you know that you can literally upgrade and activate your DNA in a way that is scientifically verifiable in a lab? There’s a lot of talk about “DNA activation”, which is usually dismissed as new age mumbo-jumbo with no real scientific basis.

But a new study by researchers in Wisconsin, Spain, and France reports the first evidence of specific molecular changes in the body following a period of mindfulness meditation.  It shows that you can literally switch on certain genes while meditating that previously were dormant, an idea that had previously only been thought of pseudoscience.

The study

The study investigated the effects of a day of intensive mindfulness practice in a group of experienced meditators, compared to a group of untrained control subjects who engaged in quiet non-meditative activities.

Study Shows How Eating Chocolate Every Day Can Benefit Your Health!

People who consume chocolate have 11% less chances for suffering from a cardiovascular disease, showed a study made by the scientists from the University of Aberdeen. According to the study, eating 7 to 100 g of chocolate daily can bring much benefit for your overall health.

People who love chocolate have been found to visit the hospital due to a heart disease 9% less than the ones that don’t eat chocolate so much. They also had a 23% lesser risk of a heart attack.

The research was following over 25.000 man and women and their chocolate eating habits. Based on the research about the long-term influence of the nutrition profile, it was concluded that throwing out chocolate from your diet wont decrease the risk of cardiovascular diseases or death from heart attack.

Meet the Man who Grew a Sacred Living Temple in New Zealand!

Meet Brian Cox, a man who has has grown and created a living tree-church in his own backyard in New Zealand… If that wasn’t special enough, would you believe that he did it in only 4 years?!

Being very careful about his selection, Brian crafted his sacred space out of some very specific trees in a very wide variety to capture the perfect vibe. ADHD Does Not Exist: Why French Children Don’t Have ADHD

Take this in:

In the United States alone, at least 9 percent of kids are diagnosed with ADHD and are being treated with different kinds of pharmaceutical medications. The design of our school system is horribly outdated and provides little benefit in comparison to how transformative it could truly be.

Imagine schools like this, which funnily enough James Cameron created; that allow you to create whatever you want.

Your teachers should be in support of what you want to do in life. Classrooms should be outside or at least in different, stimulating places.

Children should not be forced to sit in class rooms every day – it is completely keeping them from understanding their full potential.

This education system is in place for a very specific reason, and it’s all connected to the pharmaceutical and governmental systems.

Now, the percentage of children with ADHD in France is dramatically less at less than .5 percent. 

So what is going on here?

Why is it so Hard For us to ‘Let Go’?

What is it about the idea of letting go that seems so ‘difficult’ for us? There is some mental work in letting go of emotions, thoughts and painful experiences; but for this article I’m talking about letting go physically.

The very idea of letting go exists to show us that we are limiting ourselves. What I’m experiencing is a program of shame that was part of my life as a child.

Shame is what seems to hold us back from acting as the true, most full us. And what are we even scared to show? Our most real and vulnerable feelings?

When we know we are expressing them to people of understanding, there is no fear to be had.

How to Work Through Dark Thoughts and Negativity

Everyone has thoughts of self doubt, powerlessness and negativity – that’s completely normal.

It’s how to choose to grow from these thoughts that matters. Whenever you get overwhelmed by dark thoughts, negativity, discouragement and anxiety, there are a few ways to look inside yourself and clear that murky energy.

In moments of spiraling negativity, the first step is to always take a few deep breaths. Focus on your center, on the physical sensation of living. Bring yourself back to the present moment.

Start to take yourself out of yourself by watching your thoughts objectively.

Do not judge, label or even think about the inflow of thoughts happening, just objectively watch and acknowledge them. See them as lessons to learn not a punishment to be had.

The Awakening

A time comes in your life when you finally get it. When, in the midst of all your fears and insanity, you stop dead in your tracks and somewhere the voice inside your head cries out… ENOUGH! Enough fighting and crying and blaming and struggling to hold on. Then, like a child quieting down after a tantrum, you blink back your tears and begin to look at the world through new eyes.

This is your awakening.

You realize it’s time to stop hoping and waiting for something to change, or for happiness, safety and security to magically appear over the next horizon.

You realize that in the real world there aren’t always fairy tale endings, and that any guarantee of “happily ever after” must begin with you… and in the process a sense of serenity is born of acceptance.

You awaken to the fact that you are not perfect and that not everyone will always love, appreciate or approve of who or what you are… and that’s OK. They are entitled to their own views and opinions.

How to Access Your Inner Sun

You are the light in this universe, infinite and potent. Your pure being is perfect and guided, moment-by-moment, by your own awareness only in this present moment. You are the warm caress of love to every manifestation and each one of them becomes a playground of infinite possibility and love in your heart, the more you access this inner being.

We’ve learned to practice defining the reality in hopes that it will provide us with an understanding of it. These definitions have become belief and we create from this perspective, boxing ours experience into that small shell of beliefs. To break free of this is to be completely naked and vulnerable in this moment, a being rather than a self.

As you begin to silence these beliefs, as well as your mind, you begin to set into motion a process of pure transmutation. This transmutes all experience into pure awareness and gives much elation and flow to your expression.
