Dear Ones, if you want a path of beauty, recognize your own beauty and through that emanation allow it to draw you to greater experiences of beauty. If you want a path of love, you must see the love that exists within you and allow your own love to lead the way to greater expressions of love. It is through what you embrace within and focus on outwardly that you choose your own path of experience.

That is how authentically powerful you are. It is like saying to yourself, “What would I like to experience more of. Joy? Okay, allow me to embrace my joy within and bring it to the forefront to allow it to detect all the other joy that exists for me. I joyfully follow the path of joy.”

Do you see? You cannot sadly follow a path of joy. You cannot poorly follow a path to abundance. You cannot hatefully walk a path of love. You set your direction by embracing what you desire within yourself and then surrendering into the flow with that essence of your desire leading the way. ~Archangel Gabriel

You Are Illuminated

God said:

You are I. We are Self-Perpetuating. In effect, We are an Echo of Our One Self. We are a Reverberation. We are Thoughts made from Oneness. We are an Idea, and We are so much more.

On Earth, you present yourself to Me, somewhat as if you were at a cotillion. Yet you are a Princess in disguise who presents her Self as Cinderella. In Reality, you are a Princess who disappears. Just the same, the silver slipper fits. And hearts are true, and love is true and is found everywhere, even in the most unlikely places.

You are a parade of My One Self, a Parade of Oneness on Earth, an unfolding of your One Self. You are like one of those photographs where the shutter keeps clicking. You see the same still photograph fanned out second by second in milliseconds. You had a dream, and I had a dream as well. My dream of you came true. You are illuminated. My Light I bequeathed to Myself in the illusive form of you. You are light and nothing but light.

You are a still photograph of light caught in motion. You are an atom moving and assembling and reassembling. You are My Picture of Love. You go on about the business of life in the world as a shell of your Self, even as the Truth Is You Are Complete, Entire, Wholeness. Life can only count to One.

You seem to be a sequence, yet you are Wholeness. Wholeness is Oneness.

There Are No Problems in the Present Moment

While I was in the shower this morning, I found myself getting annoyed and worked up…

I recently broke up with the woman I was dating. So I was grappling with my ego and mulling over the past. Realizing that I had created this negative mental spiral, I asked myself “What am I doing RIGHT NOW?” My answer was simply “I’m in the shower.” No problems, nothing bad happening to me, just water happily running over my body.

Of course, parting ways with someone close to you is difficult, but being completely present helped me to transcend the incessant, ego-driven thought loops that didn’t serve me.

To be clear, I’m not saying to suppress or ignore emotions. They must be acknowledged and dealt with or they will manifest in insidious ways. I’m merely pointing out that, through presence, I was able to stop the repetitive, problem-creating “ego-talk” that wasn’t doing me any good.

Barack Obama's former top cop cashes in after six years of letting banks run wild

Eric Holder has gone back to work for his old firm, the white-collar defense heavyweight Covington & Burling. The former attorney general decided against going for a judgeship, saying he's not ready for the ivory tower yet. "I want to be a player," he told the National Law Journal, one would have to say ominously.

Holder will reassume his lucrative partnership (he made $2.5 million the last year he worked there) and take his seat in an office that reportedly – this is no joke – was kept empty for him in his absence.

The office thing might have been improper, but at this point, who cares? More at issue is the extraordinary run Holder just completed as one of history's great double agents. For six years, while brilliantly disguised as the attorney general of the United States, he was actually working deep undercover, DiCaprio in The Departed-style, as the best defense lawyer Wall Street ever had.

Holder denied there was anything weird about returning to one of Wall Street's favorite defense firms after six years of letting one banker after another skate on monstrous cases of fraud, tax evasion, market manipulation, money laundering, bribery and other offenses.

Become a Better Intuitive Through Improv

If you wish to increase your intuitive and manifesting abilities, you may be guided to take an Improv class. Sure, books and spiritual classes are great, but doing improv is the fastest way to practice the most important skills needed for quick manifestations or heightening of your intuitive abilities.

One of those skills involves being in the present moment. Many books and spiritual teachers speak of it. For instance, Panache Desai refers to it in terms of the state of nothingness. Spending time there disconnects you from the worries and needs of your life and allows you to just be. In that state of observation, you are pure love and are consciousness residing in the fifth dimension. From there, you are able to heal and create.

What’s With All The Fracking?

For those unfamiliar to the process of hydraulic fracturing also known as hydrofracturing, fracking (or fraccing) is another method used by the oil and gas industry to release hydrocarbons from deep under the earth’s surface. The technique of fracturing rock formations entails oil and gas companies drilling a vertical shaft, often penetrating the earth for some two or three kilometers. Then, a horizontal well bore is drilled in an area believed to contain trapped natural gas or oil. Under high pressure a cocktail of chemicals, water, and sand are pumped into the well. This pressure creates fissures in the shale formation, from which oil and gas can escape.

The Clothes of the Spiritual Ego

The spiritual Ego is unable to imagine the existence of a wisdom that is not manifested in thoughts, accumulated knowledge and experience. The spiritual Ego attempts to make an image of reality from the accumulated spiritual knowledge and experience, trying to create the mosaic image of Truth. The spiritual Ego, however, always picks the stones for the mosaic from external sources.

That is how the spiritual Ego puts one piece of the mosaic next to the other until it believes that the image is complete, and the spiritual Ego is familiar with the whole Truth. That moment, though, will never come, because the image created from the bits and pieces borrowed from others is not the real “truth;” it is only the truth as the spiritual Ego imagines it to be. As it is not possible to express the Truth with concepts, the image is false right from the beginning. Another typical way of the spiritual Ego is comparing its own experience with those of others.

The mosaic image of “truth” is realized as a spiritual scenario in our daily life. There may be a number of selfish motivations behind the hunger for experience and quest for completeness, but the spiritual scenarios are rather standard, so they contain lots of similar elements. Let us see a few of these:

Democracy means everybody has the right to think in his own way, to live in his own way.

Democracy means that the government is not going to impose its own ideology on everybody, that the government will keep away from interfering in people's freedom.

What I am saying, what I am, has nothing to do with [Morarji Desai] or his government. But this is how it happens to every politician: when he is out of power he talks about democracy; when he is in power he becomes a fascist. Morarji Desai is another illustration of Lord Acton's famous statement: Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Just within one and a half years he has forgotten all about democracy? It always happens.

It is something strange that power changes people. My own observation is that power does not change them, in fact, but only exposes them. It brings whatsoever is real in their being to the surface. When a person is not in power, he cannot be fascist; he has to hide that trait. He cannot be arrogant, he has to create a facade around himself so nobody comes to know about it; otherwise he will never be able to get into power. Once he gets into power, then there is no need; he is no more afraid of the people, now he is in power. Now he can do whatsoever he always wanted to do but was not capable of doing.

Study Shows How Eating Chocolate Every Day Can Benefit Your Health!

People who consume chocolate have 11% less chances for suffering from a cardiovascular disease, showed a study made by the scientists from the University of Aberdeen. According to the study, eating 7 to 100 g of chocolate daily can bring much benefit for your overall health.

People who love chocolate have been found to visit the hospital due to a heart disease 9% less than the ones that don’t eat chocolate so much. They also had a 23% lesser risk of a heart attack.

The research was following over 25.000 man and women and their chocolate eating habits. Based on the research about the long-term influence of the nutrition profile, it was concluded that throwing out chocolate from your diet wont decrease the risk of cardiovascular diseases or death from heart attack.
