We are One. Long have you sought to know what I think about and how I think and how I may surprise you. The simple easy process of Godwriting will fill an emptiness that you may have been yearning to fill.

There are more surprises you would like to have. They are yours, all yours. More Delight in Life is waiting for you greater than you can imagine.

If you have been dragging your feet, now start dancing. Sure, start ahead of time. This is the way to do it. Of course, get onto the Dance Floor of Your Anticipation right now. Godwriting is the Dance Floor. Glide into this Grand Dance of Life.

For Heaven’s sakes, don’t stand like a wallflower waiting for the music to begin. Start the tempo yourself. I speak to everyone.

Dear Ones, think of what your most ideal life would be like. Feel into the essence of that existence. What one word best captures the energy of that reality?

Some of you might say, I would be rich. And that's a wonderful start. But what feeling would being rich give you? Why do you wish to be rich? For most of you, it would be because what you are really seeking is comfort, ease, or freedom. Do you see? Look deeper into the scene you wish to experience and see what is at the core of it that you wish to experience.

Try on the word. Feel its energy. Does it feel good? Does it embody what you wish to create for yourself? Don't be afraid to experiment with several different words until you find the one that feels best to you, that best represents what your desires are.

Now that you have the word you have managed to capture the essence of where you wish to go. From that place of clarity you can now start to manifest in a much more direct way. Surrender into the experience of your word. Intend to move into an abundance of that energy in your life. Savour the feel of the word. Wrap yourself up in the energy of the word like a warm fuzzy blanket. Look for evidence of that feeling and give thanks every time you discover its existence in your life. Choose the experience of your word!

New Study Shows Intermittent Fasting May Be Powerful Tool To Increasing Longevity

Manipulating the mitochondrial network that resides inside our cells, either by dietary restriction or genetic manipulation, may promote health and even increase lifespan, according to new research from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
 

Recently published in Cell Metabolism, the study highlights the biology involved in cells’ declining ability to process energy over time, a decline that eventually leads to various age-related diseases. It also explores how periods of intermittent fasting can promote healthier aging and thus longevity.

In the West humanity now feels as if man is a stranger, not at home. If you fight with reality you are bound to feel, some day or other, that you are a stranger - not only a stranger, but that the reality is against you.

In the East we have always felt that man is at home; reality is the mother, reality is the womb - we are not strangers, we are not enemies - reality loves us, that's why we are here. Reality creates us because reality loves us, and we are at home.

But you will not feel that 'at homeness' unless you try to learn one basic thing: drop your dreams.

Here in the spiritual realms we are delighted to watch humanity’s amazing progress as you move rapidly and inexorably towards awakening.  You need to awaken, and increasing numbers of you are doing so, one at a time, but that one by one, “left lane closed ahead” method is coming to an end because the new Super Highway to awakening will shortly be brought into operation.

Everyone will awaken because it is God’s Will, and as there is only God there is only His Will.  Therefore there is nothing to fear, even though the mainstream news is mostly reporting on fearful events to encourage you to live in fear, and pointing out large numbers of things and events of a fearful nature to justify this encouragement.

Dear Ones, if an old wound keeps coming up for you very insistently, it is not a sign that you are irrevocably broken. Far from it! It is a sign that you are ready to heal it once and for all. This is a wonderful thing!

Sit with what is coming up. If it is an old hurt that occurred from someone, one effective and empowering technique can be going into meditation, connecting with them, and telling that person exactly how they made you feel. Sometimes the most freeing thing is being able to speak your truth to the other in a way that is completely safe to do so.

Meeting through meditation is a wonderful way to do this. You may even be surprised by receiving information about what wounds they carry that led them to behave the way they did, to give you a deeper understanding of the situation.

To be clear, we are not advocating you harm or lash out at the other in any way. This is simply about showing up in your truth and being heard and acknowledged. Pay attention to what is going on in your body during this process. You may be surprised to see that this issue is connected to discomfort in your physical body. That is also ready to be healed if it is coming up.

Those who know, they have come to know that the reality cannot be changed; the only thing that can be changed is oneself. And if one changes, suddenly one can see: this is the wall and that is the door. Then there is no effort to pass through the wall; one moves through the door. Reality becomes a friend.
