Merging With The Voice Within

Written by Wes Annac, The Culture of Awareness

I’ve probably said what I’m going to say before, but if so, it bears repeating. I use writing in two ways: to express myself and let the universe express itself through me, and I’ve been thinking a lot about my writing and the ‘Voice Within’ messages I’ve been publishing lately.

I told myself at first that I’d bring through and publish a ‘Voice Within’ message once a day (with the exception of weekends, because everyone needs a break every now and then), but it requires more work than I anticipated.

I don’t know what it’s like for most people who channel or intuitively communicate, but for me, the words pour through in a way that makes proper spelling practically impossible.

Openness and Strength

I was in a pretty bad place the other day, and I didn’t feel like I could climb out of my own negativity. Most of us have been there at one time or another, and sometimes, we reach a point where we don’t feel like we can continue on; where we just want to give up and let the world come crashing down around us.

This is how I felt, and I didn’t feel motivated to write, post to the blog or do any of the things I usually do, which made the situation a lot worse because I feel somewhat of an obligation to do those things. They’re part of my mission, after all.

After wallowing in my self-created negativity for what felt like hours, the realization finally hit that we have to stay strong – especially when we face so much negativity that we don’t feel like we can get back up.

We have to have inner strength, because without it, the difficulties we face each day will easily bring us down and keep us from shining our light.

We Need Consciousness

“If you don’t stand for something, you will fall for anything” – Malcolm X (sometimes attributed to Gordon A. Eadie)

This world is desperately in need of consciousness and awareness, and it seems like everywhere we look, diversions and mind control tactics are being used to keep us pacified and asleep.

I don’t know about any of you, but the more I try to be a part of society, the more I realize that it’s engineered to keep us from exploring our consciousness or becoming aware of the things the people in power are doing to mentally, emotionally, economically and spiritually oppress us.

What’s interesting is that the elite oppress us by using subconscious programming to cause us to oppress ourselves. Mind control is very real, and while direct forms of mind control like MK-Ultra are used, the control the general public is subjected to is less direct and more cunning.

The Voice Within: Celebrate Your Existence

Alinkamalinka.com

An intuitive message by Wes Annac, The Culture of Awareness

You have every reason to be joyful and celebrate your existence, but it’s easy to feel like you should stifle your excitement because of the bad things that happen on your world every day.

It’s easy to convince yourselves the world is an awful place to live, but life is what you make of it and if you’re willing to have a positive perspective in the face of every negative situation you face, you’ll realize that life doesn’t have to be as difficult as it’s been made out to be.

Your life on earth is precious, and you only get one chance to participate in the shift that’s taking place.

You’re encouraged to do as much as you can in your short time on earth, and when you don’t feel motivated to contribute, you’re encouraged to find some way to rekindle your spark and realign with the motivation and excitement that come with participating in a collective spiritual evolution.

The Voice Within: You’ve Achieved More Than You Realize

Your mission entails doing what you can to bring yourself and your planet into the light, and the harder you work (and play), the more you’ll achieve and the higher you’ll raise the collective vibration.

You have to remember to stay in an uplifted space yourself before you can properly uplift the rest of the world, and this is why you’re encouraged to play as hard as you work; have as much fun as you can and remember to make life enjoyable for the people around you.

You can only do so much to improve the quality of life of the people around you, but you’re encouraged to make any effort you can, big or small, to uplift them and everyone else who’s in need of the awareness and upliftment you’ve come to earth to provide.

The Voice Within: You’re Meant To Be Tested

Your creative and expressive abilities can be clear and free-flowing, and all it takes is the willingness not to let the ego heavily influence your creativity or anything else you do to bring your planet into the light.

When it comes to channeling or conveying the intuitive guidance you receive from the greater aspects of your consciousness who want to help you spiritually evolve, releasing your mind-driven resistance and letting the expressions flow is the best way to produce a clear and coherent communication for others to benefit from.

Channeling or connecting with your higher self isn’t just meant to benefit the people who read or listen to the message later on – it’s meant to benefit the person who practices it by filling them with divine energy and inspiration and allowing them the creative freedom that comes with getting the ego out of the way and letting one’s expressions flow with no hindrances or barriers present.

The Voice Within: Creative Failure is an Illusion

Channeling (or intuitive communication) can be easier than a lot of seekers have made it out to be, and the same can be said with any creative act you enjoy or you feel like you should embrace and use to advance humanity’s evolution.

These things don’t have to be as difficult as many of you have let them be, and for the most part, all it takes is an active interest and enthusiasm in them to hone them to the point you want them at.

You’ll always meet stumbling blocks along the way; you’ll always have difficulty that you’ll sometimes wonder why you can’t seem to surpass, but difficulty can only bring you down or keep you from honing your craft if you let it.

New Age Condemnation: Another Form of Division

Written by Wes Annac, The Culture of Awareness

While there are a lot of unique ways to express our spirituality, I notice that there are two primary ways people choose to express theirs. The first is from a New Age perspective, which promotes the idea that we’re physically and spiritually evolving into a higher state of consciousness and we can communicate with entities in higher realms who want to help us.

The second is from a more centered, levelheaded perspective that recognizes the importance of inner work and self-growth, as opposed to waiting around for things to manifest.

The New Age movement is often criticized by the rest of the conscious community, and if a spiritual practice or perspective seems misaligned with the philosophies of self-growth and self-empowerment, it’s usually called New Agey. It’s as if ‘New Age’ has become a term to describe a form of spirituality that everyone should stay away from.

The Voice Within: You Can Become Infinite

All you need to do right now is open yourselves to love and the simple yet expanded awareness that comes with it.

Love doesn’t have to be difficult to feel or integrate into your experience of reality – it can be felt, understood and enjoyed right here, right now if you’re willing to transcend the ego’s constant wants and desires and reenter that inexplicably pure, spiritually vibrant place.

Staying active is a great way to contribute to your conscious revolution with as much enthusiasm as you can (and increase your sense of self-love and the love you express to others), but it isn’t required to find a higher state of consciousness.

As you’re learning, patience, peace of mind and myriad other calming qualities will help you greatly on your journey to enlighten yourselves, and if a higher state of consciousness is what you seek, you’ll have to be willing to transcend the cultural influences that keep the old world in place each and every day.

Grounded Spirituality: Can We Embrace Our Demons?

Credit: Pinterest.com

Written by Wes Annac, The Culture of Awareness

I feel inspired to encourage us to take a grounded approach to spirituality – an approach that doesn’t cause us to ignore our negative or destructive tendencies, but instead, surface them, explore them and flow with them.

I won’t encourage us to give up the practices that align us with higher aspects of our consciousness, but we don’t want to use them to hide from the darkness within.

Carl Jung told us that “one does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious”. I think ‘making the darkness conscious’ is exactly what we’ll want to do if we want enjoy our lives and our spirituality without hiding certain parts of ourselves from the world (or from our own attention).

They’ll get our attention one way or another, and they’ll get it in big, bold and destructive ways if we spend our whole life trying to hide from them. There’s no sense hiding from the aspects of our consciousness that could be seen as ‘dark’ or ‘negative’, and we make them worse by convincing ourselves they’re wrong or shouldn’t exist.
